A big shout out to Brighton Central and the lovely lady Sarah ( possibly Sara ) who is always so welcoming and friendly.. a true credit to your brand .. the store is also spotlessly clean ..

I’ve been coming to The Tanning Shop Leeds for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Charlie is a huge part of the reason I keep coming back. She is always so kind, friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely makes you feel welcome every time you visit.

Charlie clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and in the shop. It is always immaculately clean and well presented when Charlie is working, and the level of customer service is consistently excellent.

She’s always happy to offer advice, answer questions and make sure you’re properly looked after. Charlie is approachable, reliable and professional, but also has that lovely personal touch that makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another person walking through the door.

Having been a customer for so many years, I really appreciate the care and pride Charlie puts into maintaining such high standards. She has all the qualities you would want in a manager — professionalism, organisation, excellent customer service, attention to detail and the ability to make people feel comfortable and valued.

I genuinely think Charlie would make a fantastic manager and would be a real asset to the business in that role. She absolutely deserves recognition for the effort and care she puts into her work.

A big shout out for the Mansfield shop.
Alexandra and her team are just brilliant! They are a friendly bunch and nothing is too much trouble.
As an older lady, I had a lot of questions about the various lotions etc and how to use the beds. I’m now an expert! 😊
The salon is immaculately clean always, even the customer toilet is spotless!
I really appreciate the wipes and eye protection which are placed on the bed after cleaning, ready for the next customer.

I cannot say enough good things about the manager, Gemma.
From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel incredibly welcome and valued. The salon is always immaculate, the beds are spotless, and the energy is so positive—which is a direct reflection of her amazing leadership. She is deeply knowledgeable, always recommends the perfect lotions for my skin type, and goes above and beyond to ensure a premium experience. If you want top-tier service and a perfect glow, go see Gemma.

Customer Service is practically non-existent ..
BEWARE - make sure you know the expiry date on your package minutes cos they don’t remind you and takes a ton of effort and a wrangle to get them back ..
Such a shame cos generally the staff in the salons I’ve been to (mainly Oxford Circus branch)are so great - shame the higher ups can’t be as customer focused ..

First visit to the Manchester shop and greeted by the lovely Susie, who explained everything and made me feel welcome. Great beds and reasonable pricing😁

Again I had a sunbed booked for a Saturday, @9:20am 27the June at the Twickenham shop. Waited for 30 minutes and the Store didn't open. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've booked a session on a Saturday morning only to waste my time. If the staff can't open the store as advertised then they should open at 11am!!!

I visit the Lincoln branch on a regular basis and the shop and Sunbeds are always spotless and well stocked with cleaning supplies, wipes and eye stickers. The girls there are always welcoming and always up for a giggle, love going in and couldn’t recommend more💗

Emily and Susie are both super helpful and super friendly in the Telford store, always smiling and always offering great service.

I always feel welcomed and supported when I go into the Leeds store. Being a disabled person things like knowing to try and get me onto a bed closer to the entrance, or asking if I need any help opening my lotion, are really something special… thank you to Claire in particular, what a superstar!

Just Visited Tanning Shop for a tanning session and Marilena was absolutely amazing. He helped me choose the best bed that was suitable for me taking in consideration i haven been for a while.
She showed me all the options available when comes to packages available and been incredibly friendly and professional .

The team at 'Fulham Broadway' are very friendly, the store is well managed (and extremely clean and tidy) by Jayla. She is always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble!

The tanning shop Harrow gives a 5 star experience. The newly refurbished shop is stunning with top of the range beds. The Harrow branch is so clean and the staff are super kind and friendly. I would recommend the Harrow branch to anyone who loves safe tanning and wants that 5 star experience.

Cannot log in despite numerous visits to the shop and several e-mails.
New passwords supplied simply do not work.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my visit to your tanning salon in Peterborough today.

When I arrived, I greeted the staff member, who I believe is called Macie. From the beginning of the interaction, her attitude was abrupt and unwelcoming. She asked for my name, and I then politely requested to use bed 6, as it is my preferred bed and I have used it before without issue.

However, she responded in a dismissive and argumentative manner, questioning “for what” and stating that all the beds are the same, refusing my request. I calmly explained that I simply prefer that bed and that it has never been a problem in the past. Despite this, she continued to challenge my request before eventually allowing it, but only after unnecessary back-and-forth.

Following this, she told me I was not on the system and abruptly walked away, telling me to sit down. She later returned after cleaning the bed but did not inform me clearly that it was ready. When I asked, she replied briefly. As I proceeded, she then sarcastically said “you’re welcome” in a rude tone.

Overall, I found her behaviour to be unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. This made what should have been a straightforward visit quite uncomfortable.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure better customer service in the future.
