Absolutely brilliant service and quality sweets

Haven't received my order. Sent two emails no reply. Shocking customer service

hi ive not even received my order yet it was supposed to be with me with in 2-3 days but im still waiting and yet your asking for ratings can i have an update on my order please i spent nearly £45 with you i placed the order it's got to be getting on for about 2 weeks ago now.

I never received my product. Sent an email too and never got a reply.

Really good selection of sweets. Definitely going to order some more

Found the tasty treat company by accident and have loved them every since. Really good company sweets are always super nice have a great vegan selection which is important for me. They have a student discount code available too which is great.

Overall would highly recommend 5*

The mini eggs are that powdery chocolate that's not very nice but the rest of the sweets were amazing! I'll be ordering again

Excellent service and great quality sweets

Ordered valentines mix on 4th, now 15th of feb and still haven’t received. I had to go to a different website and thank fully they keep to their delivery times. Would never buy from this site again

Unfortunately my order has not arrived and several emails and messages later I haven’t had a full response from tasty treats to explain why - disappointing, still hoping all will be resolved

I did receive a full refund for the missing order following several communications

absolutely terrible it says on the website 2-3 working days delivery and ive been waitin 2 weeks and still haven’t revived my order i emailed about it and got ignored several times absolute joke it is don’t order from them if you want ye order 😂😂😂😂😂

2nd order and wasn't disappointed. Very fast delivery and I'll be ordering again.

Was possibly the easiest way to get sweets! Although the only people that messed up were the Royal Mail👍

I give this a 2 star because it says it’ll be here within 2-3 working days. I ordered this on Tuesday and it is now Saturday. It also said it was tracked delivery but I haven’t even had a tracking number sent to me.

Amazing value for money (I’d checked other similar companies before and they seemed extremely expensive!) fast delivery, and DELISH! Will definitely order from you again.. and because we scoffed the last bag so fast… might be sooner than later🤣

went above and beyond. defo recommend. sweets are so good aswell! only thing ad say is the choice isn’t that big compared to other shops.

Ordered 28th jan,still no sweets was told on monday its gone missing they cant track them,asked if i wanted i replacement i said yes,still waiting for email to say its been sent,doesnt answer emails much,not a good way to run a company.
