Happily Surprised
I have ordered twice from The Tasty Treats Co and on both occasions been extremely satisfied with the sweets I have ordered/received.
On the first occasion, there was an issue with one of the items I ordered, and the customer service team reached out to me, and asked me if I would like to change the item or receive a refund, the individual lady I dealt with was very pleasant, friendly and had a good sense of humour, and we resolved the problem quickly.
On the 2nd occasion there were no issues and the sweets arrived in a timely manner, and tasted absolutely delicious, well packaged and protected against the elements.
I will definitely be returning for a 3rd, 4th and so on orders as they have an amazing selection and are really good value for money.

I have ordered from a lot of sweet companies in the past and unfortunately when they have come they are normally the cheap versions of that sweet until I used this company,had the pick your own and it was fantastic and every sweet is the proper premium sweet,will definitely be ordering again

Product arrived in poor packaging resulting in it being damaged. Emailed to explain what had happened and got a reply email saying a new lid would be posted out....still waiting 2 weeks later.
