My wife and I found ourselves owing back taxes. We reached out to Scott for some guidance with our problem. Matt became our case manager. Matt and his team were instrumental in working with us, the IRS, setting up a payment plan and getting us back on track. I'm not sure where we would be today with out their help. Some years ago, my husband received a letter from the IRS that he owed a substantial amount of money. It was due to an error on the part of a financial institutional group that oversaw my husband’s annuity. With my husband being on disability because of congestive heart failure, we didn’t have the means to pay back the monies due. After reaching out to several companies that dealt primarily with these situations, I decided to go with The Tax Defense Group. The individual who answered the phone made me feel confident in the company’s ability to provide the help my husband needed. I was eventually assigned to one of their best professionals by the name of Ann. I was leary at first because she sounded very young on the phone. I soon realized that this was a well trained and educated person I was speaking to. With my husband’s interest in mind, she worked diligently to get the best settlement possible. The final decision from the IRS was definitely in our favor. Every now and then, I have the need to speak with a member of the team. More recently, I spoke to Matt. He immediately came to my assistance. This is the reason I decided to choose this company first hand and never regretted doing so.

The Tax Defense group send out the appropriate documents and provides step-by-step instruction on how to complete those documents. The Tax Defense Group staff explains tax terminology so it is easy to understand. I would recommend Tax Defense Group staff for anyone looking to get their taxes done.

I hadn't paid my taxes for 3 years, and I was starting to get nervous. I had no idea how much I owed, or what to do. I heard about Tax Defense Group on the radio, and finally gave them a call. In about a week, they did all my delinquent returns, and told me how much I owed. They were able to arrange a very low monthly payment.
I feel like they got me off the Hook!

They were able to redeem my tax and help me file my taxes without any issues. They are very transparent in all their activities. Their staffs are always very quick to respond

Very bad experience with this company they did not resolve anything for us and it was just a waste of time they only charged us payments for their services but they never resolved anything and overnight they told us that our case was closed that they could not continue helping us we tried to communicate which was the problem and they don't even call us back to notify us or give us a reason, we wasted money, time and a lot of paperwork, terrible service without resolving anything, I definitely don't recommend them.
He has sent all the paperwork that was required since 2016 when I took his services and until this month he has not had results of anything. We have proof of everything we spent on express mail, fax, by all means, I sent you all the paperwork. that was required and he never received a response to advance his case until this year that we notified the lady who was in charge of his case that we obtained a visit from an IRS officer himself, the officer said they are not helping you at all, they just send letters but they never make a phone call and I let the lady know that this happened in April and the lady told me to send all her paperwork and I did it again and this month she only tells me we are going to cancel your case and they did not want to answer the question. called because they tell you to get in touch and they don't return or answer your call

The Tax Defense Group really does great work. It's a very stressful situation, getting calls and letters from the I.R.Service. Matt, Diana, and the Team there made a huge shift for our family, by guiding us, protecting us and going the extra mile to bring relief and results to us. We were able to settle a very large debt for an offer in compromise. They are responsive and reliable. I highly recommend them over any competitor. I tried 2 other companies and the customer service was terrible. They TDG treats you like a real person and operate with integrity and follow through. God Bless Them and Their Families!

I starting working with Tax Defense Group in 2018 after a recommendation from a friend of mine. Everybody their was very understanding and helpful the moment I call. They walked me thru each step and never stopped even during the pandemic when it became difficult to progress thru the process. They kept in touch with me and updated me whenever their was a change or new development. I could not have done this on my own and I honestly think I would have not gotten so much help if I chose to go with another group. I recommend them for any and all tax issues. If you do decide to choose them (and you should!) ask for Dalila. She was very helpful in walking me thru all the things I would need to get for her and explaining what she has done to update me and letting me know what her next step is. It has been a relief for me that I would get the help I needed from the moment I called and spoke with them.

Ariana was very professional and answered all my questions. Every time I called her she was very friendly and very nice and helped me solve my problems I had with the taxes.

Save your money the actual IRS is more helpful than they are.
worse customer service. they are quick to get your business and money promising they can help. but they are not helpful, it was a waste of time and money.
