Anh Nguyen and her team have been extraordinary to work with. She consistently sent me status updates and followed up on my case.
However, beginning of 2018, I was imposed an additional fee of $2000 because my case poured over from 2017, even though all my documents had been submitted. I was alarmed to pay a substantial fee when I thought it was a matter of waiting for the IRS to respond. The owner of the company addressed my concern and assured me I was not going to be charged any further fees and if in the end I was not satisfied with the outcome he would refund my money.
Needless to say, The Tax Defense saved me well over $80,000 in back taxes. I was able to compromise with the IRS a payment that I am able to pay back and get my finances back on course.
In the end, The Tax Defense did their job and I am a very satisfied customer.

the Tax Defense Group got all of my interest and penalties abated. If they had not gotten them abated, I probably would have lost the business. These interest and penalties piled up for a four year period for my businesses.

ISSUES IN 2018 RESOLVED.
We had some issues with my tax preparation, but to be honest I was under a lot of pressure and didn’t follow all the instructions that The Tax Defense Group sent me. I am at tax time again, and after getting results from Pet Scan that I may have lung cancer - I started reviewing my tax docs for this year. While doing that and thinking back on last year i wrote an unfair review. I replaced it with a good review as they did try and resolve my issues.
