Price on the website was £12 ( 24 November) but was charged £15 when I questioned this was told that it’s a old promotion but it’s still advertised as £12 ( 11 December) wonder how many other people have had this issue

Great fun gift! Novelty sign was great and a good price although with slight error on the font but contacted them and it was sorted immediately & replacement arrived quickly. Love it!

I asked to write something on the other side but got the same writing on both sides. I could’ve ordered better quality or at least same quality mug from somewhere else but I like how they print the letters with color in the mug so even though shipping cost is almost same cost of the mug I still ordered from them but it’s sad that they got it wrong.

Unfortunately the present came too late, I understand there were problems with their deliveries, hence the long wait, however if I'd known upon ordering I wouldn't have ordered.
Was offered a refund but wasn't going to make a difference I still had nothing to take to a little girl as a present.
Other than that the item was lovely.

A bit rough round the edges and a bit flimsy. I thought they were scratched when I opened them but no they were just dirty streaky finger marks, I would have thought they would have cleaned them before sending them out.
