My experience with TCM has been genuinely outstanding. The mediation course itself was incredibly well designed - practical, engaging and full of real-world tools that I can immediately apply in my role. I attend the 2 day mediation training delivered by TCM. It was excellent. The Trainer was knowledgeable and shared lots of useful tips, as well as supporting the group to practice the approach to mediation.

The facilitator Rachel was amazing and informative brilliant story telling and demonstrated good knowledge of subjects matter.

I took the 5-day mediation course with Marie Coombes. The course was very well-structured, striking the perfect balance between theory and practice. TCM are great really passionate about what they do. I love their Framework model and alternative dispute resolution ethos so refreshing and it really works. I have had the benefit of being trained by David and his excellent team as a Mediator and I really advocate this as an approach to resolve conflict in organisations in a much healthier and productive way.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course! The trainer was very nice and came with a wealth of experience. I had preconceptions as to how much I would take away from the course (being ex-law enforcement) however I was pleasantly proven wrong. The course took what I already knew about conducting investigations, and developed my understanding of applying that to a corporate setting. Highly recommended.
