Rosie provided a really good presentation and allowed for us to practice the practice guides in break out sessions. I was able to learn from the facilitator as well as my colleagues.

Took a two day online training on Practical Investigation Skills with TCM. The course was great and the experience excellent overall. The syllabus and training material was highly relevant for staff like me who do not have an investigation or HR background. The course provides you with a framework and tools to contribute to this body of work.

Holistic mediation course. This is serious stuff! Seeing people come to a resolution is magical. The power and delivery of words can't be underestimated, it's an art. This course prepares you how to get people to do that .

We are so glad we went with TCM for our leadership training. We wanted to go beyond the basics of line management training and ensure we were achieving our goal of striving for feminist leadership whilst building an organisational culture we were proud to be a part of and this was a great start for us. Our facilitator Laura was the perfect fit with her background in international relations and her knowledge of the sector meant she was able to meet the needs of he delegates and the overall aim of our training!

This was relaxed informative and unlike many webinars welcomed interaction and debate. A very considered and actually a helpful session in a practical . I had a few technical problems and due to my internet connection I was kicked out before the end of the session. But would definitely attend any future sessions.

I recently completed a mediation course with the TCM group, and I was very impressed. The pre-course information and communication was excellent, as was the quality of the lecturers. The course itself was very well structed, with 2.5 days of theory and another 2.5 days of roleplay practice. The lectures had lots of break, which helped me with my concentration an in assimilating the new information. I feel that I've learnt a lot from the course, and would recommend TCM to others.

I recently attended a training session on Quality Conversations and de-escalating conflict. The training was so informative and was useful not only for working situations, but life. It was so rewarding and this was largely in part to our fantastic trainer, Maire. Thank YOU!

I recently completed the 5 day accredited mediation course with TCM. There was so much to learn and the combination of theory and practical application made the week zoom by. The assessment process and submission of the portfolio helped to cement my knowledge and I feel confident to go and mediate.

I enjoyed being with a small cohort of like-minded professionals, keen to add mediation to their professional toolkit. I highly recommend TCM for your mediation training.

This learning was important in my role because it is not about always providing the answers. It was about provided tools to ensure that staff who are willing to undergo the process are helped to resolve differences to enable commitment and how to manage future disagreements moving forward.

I had a five-day workplace mediation training course with TCM this year, followed by a portfolio assessment and an accreditation. All went very well. I have now received the certifications which took about two months after my submission to TCM. Thank you TCM.
