Joining The Teacher Project has been one of the best professional decisions I've made in my 31-year teaching and tutoring career. Although I have taught and tutored for decades, I had no idea how to run the business side of things. This program has filled in all the gaps and given me the tools I needed to launch and grow my tutoring business with confidence.
Coach Rob has been an incredible support from the very beginning, offering expert guidance and encouragement as I built my tutoring program from the ground up. The Ads Clinics and Sales Clinics have been especially valuable—providing detailed, personalized feedback, critiques, and actionable tips that have helped move my business forward.
I also love the coaching clinics, where I can learn not just from the coaches but from other students’ questions and experiences. The self-paced videos fit perfectly into my busy schedule, and the weekly check-ins keep me motivated and accountable while making sure all my questions are answered.
I’m continuing to grow and learn every week thanks to this amazing program!

I had an amazing experience with The Teacher Project training, and Katie has been an incredible mentor throughout. The course helped me set up my tutoring business from scratch, and Katie supported me every step of the way.
She assisted me in creating a compelling advert, gave thoughtful feedback, and helped me craft my program offer and signature tutoring documents. Katie was also always there to troubleshoot any tech issues and guide me when I felt stuck. Her support has been practical, patient, and encouraging – exactly what I needed to build confidence and take action.
If you're thinking of launching your own tutoring business, I can't recommend Katie from the Teacher Project enough!

Before I found the Teacher Project, I was researching on how to start a school. I had no idea what I was doing, but as the algorithm works after you are searching for things, ads appear. Found TTP ad and scheduled a call. I thoroughly researched them and watched every single testimonial video. My sales call was not like most. I came with A LOT of questions about scaling. I understand the process of scaling and being able to bring in a lot of money with limited time (which we had been trying to do in one of our other businesses prior). I just needed to know how to do it with teaching. I never fully grasped it until I was in the program and building group classes. I also understood the importance of a coach (which I also had in my last business). I couldn't afford it at the time, but I was determined to save up for it.
A few days later I came across another ad for TeacherShift. They basically convinced me they were the same thing as TTP, except they do the sales and ads for you and they were only $1000. I started with them and it was the worst experience I have had. That lasted a month... all I can say there is you get what you pay for. I got a business account and a business credit card and joined the Teacher Project. It was a completely different experience. I could go at my own pace (which I was ready to go!) and had my ads up and going within 7 days. I did niche down to 4-6 grade math tutoring. I was building good momentum and then I stopped the momentum (don't do this). It takes a while to rebuild the momentum.
Fast forward several months... I was getting myself around clients who were further than I was and they were making several thousand a month. I became friends with them and I just started watching how they did business. I started implementing what I saw and I gained the confidence to charge more and really take on risks. I then had my first 5k month! The community is really an incredible tool and so critical to helping build a successful business.
I am now opening a school locally with the knowledge of how to acquire students, make sales and ads, use social media and organic marketing, use AI, and build curriculum. I would have no knowledge of any of this if it wasn't for me joining TTP! I am very grateful for what I have learned!
I want to give a shout out to Coach Matt! He is an incredible coach! He has so many ideas and ways to bring in students and make it seem natural and not salesy. He also is great about keeping you accountable! I really appreciate everything I have learned from him!

Get ready for a complete lifestyle and mindset change! After 31 years of teaching in the classroom, where your daily routines are mapped out for you, I joined the Teacher Project. It has been challenging to create a work routine from home but exciting all the same. I have been supported by a community, my coach Matt has been so patient and understanding, whilst encouraging me to learn and do things differently. The learning resources are comprehensive, detailed and the support is constant from both the Teacher Project team and the extensive community of learners at all stages of their journey. There are numerous ways of asking for help and face to face support is daily if needed. The learning is vast and can feel both daunting and challenging. As I near the end of my teaching career, with aspirations for changing what may lay ahead, I look forward to reaching my own professional targets, continuing to teach, in a different way and pushing myself beyond my original targets!

I joined The Teacher Project’s Students on Demand programme on 11 July 2025. I have been impressed right from the first call following my enquiry about their services. There was no pressure to join and the benefits were laid out clearly. I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost of joining - even more so since I have experienced the level of support that is in place.
Since joining, I haven’t regretted it for a minute. The platform used is Skool and it is very easy to navigate. The community within Skool is very friendly and supportive.
The programne is set out in such a way as to be foolproof and ensures it is easy to get up and running on schedule - I have been amazed by how each step, including resources, is organised to be helpful and keep you on track. I have already had enquiries about my tutoring service thanks to the well planned and structured lessons and resources.
The coach assigned to me, Rob, is incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. He is always on hand to provide support and our weekly meetings are positive and productive. Rob is very knowledgeable and always has an answer to any questions I raise. He has also been great at helping me to realise that I have a top notch service to offer and the ability to make it happen.
The tech support provided ensures that any issues can be resolved quickly - this is very helpful for someone like me who isn’t overly confident with some aspects of technology.
The whole thing is setup to ensure success as long as you follow the programme - weekly clinics and coaching sessions ensure that all aspects of running a successful tutoring business online are covered and support/advice and expertise are shared.
I’m really impressed by the way the community are willing to share their experiences so that new members avoid pitfalls and feel supported.
My confidence in setting up my business is much higher thanks to Students on Demand. In fact, I probably wouldn’t have taken the plunge if I hadn’t found them.
Highly recommend.

The content is good information and I don't feel like I run out of things to do. It is all very applicable and guides me through the process while also giving me hands-on support with my coach and the Skool community. Zach has been very helpful with keeping me on pace and helping me streamline the actions by giving me his explanations too.

I made £8400 in my 1st 4 months! I've just come to the end of the group launch accelerator program, and I'm pleased to share that I've made £8.4k and therefore have made my investment back, with some on top! Looking forward to watching how things progress in my next 12 months of the Impact program!

What is believable about joining the Teacher Project is their opportunity offered to develop skills I already had from teaching my own class - to run my own business. My coach, Nigel, inspired me to acquire new outlooks on teaching and acquire tools necessary to build my own online business, and how to use ads to reach countless clients. But, life keeps happening, and as I have been faced with some really tough life events, the tech support Mario has stepped in to keep me building my future business. I have not turned back, and am well on my way to using the new tools, and abilities to gain access to a new life with the Teacher Project and its awesome support team.

I have been with teacher project about a month now and I am getting more and more confident, I'm now tapping into support that is available and the Teacher Project Community is really useful just for asking some of the basic questions! I don't think I would have got this far, being completely clueless about all the tech stuff but Teacher Project and my coach Matt have shown me how to set things up professionally.

I have just been with The Teacher Project for a month now, and it has already made a meaningful impact on my journey. From the very beginning, I have felt supported and motivated, especially thanks to my incredible coach, Zach. His steady guidance, kindness, and patience have made all the difference. He takes the time to answer every question and always points me in the right direction with clarity and care.
Zach’s encouragement has given me the confidence to stay focused and keep moving forward. I never feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, I feel empowered and genuinely supported. The Teacher Project is not just a program. It is a community that provides the tools, knowledge, and support you need to succeed. I am excited to continue on this path and build a successful venture with everything I have learned from this amazing experience.

I've had an amazing experience with The Teacher Project coaching services. The curriculum is great, and the quality of the coaches is outstanding. They offer clear, thoughtful guidance that actually helps you move forward. What impressed me most is their response time; it's fast, consistent, and often quicker than expected. Every time I reached out, I felt supported and heard. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert, reliable coaching with real results.

From day 1 everyone has been incredibly supportive and helpful. As a husband and wife team we were unsure whether to actually take the plunge into this venture, but every day we feel more confident that we have done the right thing.
At the beginning of our journey we had some big personal issues to deal with, not the least of which was leaving a school and moving countries! But our coach, Matt, was understanding and has gone out of his way to support us with ideas, and tangible suggestions along with practical assistance. We were probably a bit more 'high-maintenance' than he was expecting!
We have been impressed with the non-judgmental approach of the Teacher Project coaches and community that you join given the diverse skills and experience on view.
We are really looking forward to getting started on our own and putting everything we are learning into practice.

I am happy to have enrolled with The Teacher Project. My delight begins with my coach, Ms. Katie Walker. Her love for details, smile, and patience in leading me on, has been immense.
I am learning much from “Momentum Monday” and “ Community & Connection”, thanks to her push. I am gradually overcoming my technology worries because I met Mon on a 1-on-1 coaching, thanks to her advice.
The Teacher Project is a great classroom for teacherpreneurs. Within one month, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge which is not only useful in making money but, also how to manage it.
I am convinced that haven taken the first step, I am upbeat that I will make it. Thank you for expanding my world with many new colleagues. Their interactions and views are equally inspiring and rewarding. To all the other coaches, I have met, kudos.

I'm really happy with the results of the course so far. While I technically could have done this on my own, the truth is I wouldn’t have. The structure, motivation, and accountability have made all the difference. The team handled so much of the startup process, like getting ad accounts set up, dealing with Meta, and taking care of the technical side. That let me focus on the big picture.
Zach’s coaching has been a major highlight. His support and guidance have played a huge role in my progress. One critique I have is that the pacing can be a bit intense. Some days it's hard to know exactly what I should be working on. The coaching and the video modules sometimes feel slightly out of sync, with different priorities depending on where you look.
That said, I’m very satisfied overall. I’m seeing results, I’m learning a ton, and I feel like I’m finally making real progress.

I’ve been in the program for 5 weeks now. The structure of the program is incredible and very well thought out. You have so much access to all the coaches which I think is so important. Shoutout to my personal coach Hanford who has really helped me out throughout the process. Made a couple early sales which has made everything a bit easier as I know what I’m doing is working and most importantly I have direction and know what I need to do to improve. Hoping it keeps to get better for me! Would definitely recommend for any teacher/tutor who wants to build a business of their own!

I cannot express strongly enough, how highly I recommend The Teacher Project! I wish I had started with them sooner. My coach, Hanford is so fantastic! I've had some extreme situations hit my family just after getting started with The Teacher Project and Hanford REALLY helped me to set an achievable pace and walk me through details when I couldn't think straight. The tech support team has been wonderful as well. I feel like each person at The Teacher Project is committed to my success and I hope to help my students and parents with this same level of kind, professional, and outstanding support.

I have only been in the program for a few weeks, and it has been great. The community is excellent and supportive; there is so much to learn and many resources to learn from. I love all the videos that walk you through each step to help you launch your business. My coach, Nigel, has been great and kind enough to assist me with any questions and point me in the right direction. I am so excited to continue on my journey to build a successful business, all because of this fantastic program, the Teacher Project. All you have to do is be a great person who takes action and believes that you can succeed if you put the work in and follow everything they tell you to do.

A few months ago, we were ready to say goodbye to our tutoring business of 10 years. We were putting in so much time without seeing the value come back, and it was burning us out.
Joining The Teachers Project has been an amazing experience, even as new members. It reignited our passion for teaching and reminded us how much there is to learn about growing a business.
Our coach Jessie is a ray of positivity and support. She gives the best advice in such a clear, doable way that we often say, “Why didn’t we think of that?”
The other coaches have been just as valuable, offering encouragement and practical tips that truly improve how we work.
Office hours are a highlight because we get to learn from different coaching styles and perspectives. Tutor Boss tech support is responsive and helpful. The online community is inspiring. Seeing other educators grow and hit big wins makes us believe in what’s possible. And we love supporting others too.
We did not expect all the small financial investments at first, but once students started flowing in, those costs became minor. Growth takes investment, and this has been well worth it.
This has been an incredible opportunity to learn and grow. We could not have made this kind of progress without the coaching team and platform. It is the best investment we have made for our business and future.

The Teacher Project is for teachers who want out of a traditional classroom but don't want to be done teaching. I started with TTP in March, 2024. Although I haven't left the classroom YET, I am on my way. TTP teaches you how to set up a business. This ISN'T without work. Yes, you can find all the information on your own on the internet. BUT, what is your time worth? But what you can't get by yourself are the coaches. The coaches have all lived this transformation and created their own businesses in online group tutoring. There is also a community of likeminded teachers who are (or did) going through similar trials and tribulations. TTP sets you up with a personal coach (shout out to Nigel, he's the best!), but all coaches have office hours at various times of the day to meet your schedule. There are forums to ask questions and you can also always text your coach. Once/yr, there is even a live event. This year, it was in Denver, Colorado, USA. Next year, London. This 2-3 day event was filled with so much useful information that one is able to leave the event and use right away. Forget those wasted minutes and hours in PDs at your school that wasted your time and energy, these were practical tips and ideas to build YOUR business the way you want to run it.
I can't wait to see where my business goes in the next year. I know I will be soaring and making 6 figures and eventually, 7!
Join The Teacher Project if you want control of your destiny, still want to teach but don't want someone else how you should teach. But know it isn't without work.

I was talking with my coach about a week ago and he mentioned that I might have a unique perspective on the Teacher Project because I moved through Online Tutor University, Students on Demand, and just now up to Impact all within a relatively short time frame (3 months).
So I just wanted to add some thoughts that might help other people trying to make similar decisions.
I left my first review about 1.5 months ago right after I got my first sale and proved that their system worked.
1.5 months later, I have had 5 total sales (+1 verbal close that should be coming through soon), I've started onboarding students and delivering my group lessons, went to the live Denver event to meet everybody, and jumped up to Impact -- their most expensive coaching program.
In the stock market, you typically get ROIs of 10%/yr (less than 1%/month). So far, the way I look at it, I've made about a 25% return on SOD within 2 months. This isn't directly apples to apples because one's a passive investment and one is very active (what I'm doing full-time basically). However, I've learned a massive amount of skills over that time period that are also tough to quantify.
There's no doubt in my mind that SOD will end up giving me a 100%+ annual return. It's a lot of work to get set up. But the system is obviously working if I was able to reliably get 5-6 sales so far without being that good at sales yet.
Even though I still have a ton of problems in my business (and I always will as long as I'm trying to keep growing), the teacher project absolutely held up their end of the deal with SOD.
That's why at the Denver event, I was willing to double down on the Teacher Project by jumping up to Impact to move even faster.
Over the years, I've learned the hard way that finding things that actually work in entrepreneurship is pretty rare. So when you find something, it's a good idea to double down and do even more of the thing that works. I'm a strong believer in continuing to make asymmetric bets (if a bet has a 10x higher risk-adjusted upside than downside, make the bet even if you're scared).
That is what I'm now doing with Impact. And as I've gone through some of the modules (specifically on diagnosing constraints) and had my 1:1 with Doulton, I have to say. They somehow raised the bar yet again. Every time I upgrade to a more expensive program, they find a way to deliver so that it's not just more of the same, but actually the next thing you need at an even higher level of detail to keep scaling and getting results.
After all the events in Denver and jumping up to Impact, I now have an insane amount of work to do (in a good way). So I will be putting my head down for the next year and going as hard as possible to implement everything that is in front of me so I can keep growing the business.
I don't know if I'll hit this because I've never gotten anywhere near this level before. But right now I'm just going to call my shot of $250k in revenue over the next 12 months to see how close I've gotten a year from now. I think it's more than attainable given everything I've seen so far from inside Impact, so I'm going full speed ahead.
I'll check back in in a year to let you know how it went!
