I ordered £229 worth of clothes on the 10th of June received them on the 13th and I noticed a few clothes missing to which I asked them to send to me as I paid for them they replied shortly saying it will be delivered by the upcoming Tuesday, I have not received anything from them and a week has passed I also have not received any other reply’s to my email regarding this issue

Returned items for an exchange 4 weeks ago and no response from customer service. The value of the good exceed £120 so basically lost the money. Don’t bother ordering from them, use a different company and don’t risk loosing your money.

I placed an order three weeks ago - it has not been delivered and I have sent three emails and received no response
This value of the order £89 has been debited from my account
This is terrible and will be referred to Trading standards
Literally no customer service or means of contact

I’ve order from here delivery times says 2-3 days and they have taken my money it’s now been over a week I’ve had no reply and my parcel hasent updated or nothing I’ve sent numerous emails and messages and had no reply if I found out were this place is based at there gonna be sorry folk working there !!!!

Had 2 seperate orders one order came after week and a half the other still not came 3 weeks later and not replying to my emails what do I do?

For a start I ordered on the 5th off June for it to be here in 2-3 working days that hasn’t happened at all still hasn’t been shipped been over 10 days I have sent about 20 emails not one off the team has got back to me is ridiculous can’t get a refund is this how u treat ur customer dreadful wouldn’t recommend at all now am going to have to call the bank because ur stupid company is absolutely shocking £87 I spent and this how u treat ur customer by not sending the items out they have Paid for and not answering ur emails

Absolutely awful! Do NOT use this company. Still haven’t received my order which I placed nearly 4 weeks ago and they’re not responding to my emails. Joke of a company!

Don’t order from this company. The website states 2-3 working days for delivery. I ordered my item 3 weeks ago now(black Nike miler vest), I’ve emailed asking for updates and have had nothing from them.

Have not received my order. Sent an enquiry email, no response!

Do not order of here it’s a scam , Absolutely awful customer service. Placed an order Friday 18th April at 17:36 of £204.98 they’ve emailed me back about 3 times saying they’re waiting for stock and it will be delivered a week later about 5 weeks ago now and still nothing and no emails back either just being completely ignored since iv asked for a refund back. I will be taking this further

I ordered 3 shorts and T shirt sets for my son, they took over £126.00 out my bank and over 2 weeks later I have no good nor are they issuing a refund as I requested. No one answers your emails and I'm still without my order and still no refund. This business is NOT to be trusted and I have had to report this to my bank to recover my money

Lovley set just like photos arrived quickly and before delivery due date, can’t complain it’s a bargain

I received my order and it was too small but they exchanged it no problem for a bigger size, great response time

Wish there was a zero - ordered a vest took 10 days to arrive. Staff rude and blunt or ignore you by email. Vest eventually arrive it’s fake. Nike tick is on the wrong side and the material is awful. Do not waste your money here scammers

Unreal service! Probably don’t get the credit they deserve on here by the looks of it.
