Order placed and confirmation email received - no problem. I then received an email confirming item had been shipped with a tracking number - tracked delivery and the date kept changing - 5/7, then 6/7, then 7/7, then 8/7 - needed the item by 7th so rang delivery company only to be told that the delay was caused by them not being able to pick the item up from the shop as no matter what time they went, it was closed. Have now asked for a refund as they have ruined my son’s birthday! Not happy.

My order came after 3 months and I asked where it was and didn’t get a reply.

Never received the item raised a dispute.
Had an email to say my item shipped clicked on link comes up empty page.

Had doubts that they could deliver but the tempting shop exceeded my expectations. They promised 10 days to deliver and after six days when I followed up, they provided prompt update. I received my PS5 on time and in excellent condition.

I ordered a PS5 on pre-order on 20.05.21 and the following day requested a refund as I’d been able to secure elsewhere. Peter Boiteux agreed to process when I contacted via email.

We are now 26 days on and I’m afraid I still haven’t received my refund. I have tried to contact the shop via telephone on a number of occasions to no avail and there is no facility to leave a message. On the rare occasion he has responded to emails he has simply said it’s been processed and he will get back to me once he finds out what is going on…he doesn’t.

I am now having to pursue this through my bank as I fear I have been well and truly scammed of £449. I did not want to go down the route of leaving negative reviews as I appreciated they are a small business trying to get by in difficult times. However, I have been left with no alternative…all I want is my refund - nothing more or nothing less.

Ordered a PS5 at the start of March, its now June, I appreciate that the supply of these from Sony is meagre at the moment and this wouldnt be so bad if the company communicated with you. They do not respond to facebook messenger/ email and the phone just rings out. That said when I asked for a refund it was dealt with politely and promptly via email, which is really frustrating as if the normal communication had been like this it would be a top notch independent shop.

All I can say is say is five stars not enough. Peter could not have been more helpful. Went above and beyond to get me a ps5 for my autistic son. I had spent months hunting for one getting nowhere and along came this wonderful company who got me one delivered in no time. After months of frustration and desperation my son is now enjoying his new ps5 console. Highly recommend this company and can’t praise them enough. My experience with them was the best and it’s nice to know with all the scammers out there that there is still people you can trust.

Purchased on the 20th of May, bit suspicious of the site however reading some reviews did put my mind at rest. Got confirmation through straight away which was a good sign and up until delivery communication from the site was second to none. Arrived on the 28th in perfect condition. Pleasantly surprised and overall very pleased with the service.
