I bought a toy which was $166. The silicone split. They sent out a replacement. The second one wasn’t working. The third replacement also split. I requested my money back, and provided photos which each one. They said they don’t offer refunds. They then sent me out another replacement but another model. This one was more money, and it lasted longer than the other ones. But again, the silicone on it has broken in two places and has stopped working. Shocking amount of money for toys not to work within such a short space of time. But when they were working, they were my absolute favourite toy, so I’m so gutted they don’t work!
