I would give a rating of minus 100 stars for Thetinyfashion if it were possible. I don't know how I came to subscribe to Thetinyfashion, as I don't have any children or contact with children myself. So why would I take out a subscription there? Unfortunately, I only realised when Thetinyfashion already had €30 in credits from me. I cancelled my subscription immediately and wanted my credits back.

The support wrote to me: "[...] While our standard terms and conditions state that membership fees and subscriptions are non-refundable, I fully understand your situation and have made a special exception to process your refund to you card ending [...] pending your approval. [...] In the meantime, I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to rate my interaction with you on Trustpilot. Your feedback helps me improve and supports others in finding the assistance they need.
It also helps me track the process and additionally help expedite the process. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share a screenshot of your review with me once it is submitted.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the addition of the review serves as vital proof presented to our Payment Department to ensure your refund is processed within 3-5 days depending on your bank's processing speed."

I then had to send them a screenshot of my Trustpilot review (I have since deleted it, and rightly so, because Thetinyfashion deceived me). But then they only paid me the last two instalments of the subscription, the current one and the one still outstanding before the cancellation. They kept the 30 € FOR NOTHING. Thetinyfashion are hypocrites, liars, and worse, and I hope with this review that nobody falls for them again.

This is a fraudulent website that tries to scam people with a loyalty deal. You get an offer for a low price and suddenly you are stuck with a subscription for website credits and they try to automatically take large amounts of money from you. SCAM
