Amazing quality, this is my 5th sweater and I love them.

Amazing company. Ordered a 3rd jumper to my collection whilst on holiday in the UK. Service was amazing even after contacting them. Swift reply. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

All clothing I’ve ordered has been good quality. Washes well and are lovely & soft material.

Great product, quick delivery of product

I love this brand the jumpers wash so well. I recently bought the mystery jumper and got the same retro grey jumper that I have in a hoodie which is no one’s fault. It’s just a shame I got the same one again.

I love love love this brand! The personal touch, quality and pure embrace of parenthood and all the exhaustion it brings with it! Yet totally worth it. I only keep adding pieces into my wardrobe.

My partner loves their stuff. Sadly however my last order for her has left me wondering if the company can even be bothered with customer service.

I ordered a jumper on 31 March, quicker delivery paid for as well, confirmation email received no bother. 7 April still no order, no email to explain why, nothing. So I email the company simply asking for an update on my order.

Instead of an apology it's late or even the update I've asked for I get one back the company has issues with customers recevining emails. Well they've now a very unhappy customer having issues receiving the goods they've paid for, I'd have hoped a simple email would have resolved but sadly not. It's now the 9 April and still nothing.

So buyer beware they'll take your money quick enough but God knows when you'll see your goods. Thank goodness this wasn't a gift for an occasion.

Brilliant all round customer service and the product.

I ordered 2 jumpers and asked for the slogans to be changed on both. They were more than happy to accommodate. They arrived very quickly and the quality is fantastic. Accurate sizing with plenty of room. I absolutely love 💕 them. Diolch yn fawr iawn xx

Couldn’t ask for a better service!

Had an e-mail explaining their embroidery machine had gone down so I wouldn't be getting my order in time for Mother's Day - they offered to send out another jumper of our choice via next day (gratis!) so that we would have something for Mother's day. And then the actual jumper ordered arrived about a week later. Amazing customer focussed service.

Very disappointed with the gift wrapping.

As always my order was perfect, there was a sizing issue as the jumper was a little smaller than me but the team sorted it out for me & I was sent a larger size which fits so so well!

I'm very happy with my order looks even better in real life than I imagined. It took a little while due to stock but its definitely worth the wait I also received a little message on my invoice "Wonderful Human" it maybe on everyone's who orders but i can tell you it certainly cheered up my day after a few rough hours. Thank you all for doing the clothing sending it and making my day a little brighter :-) highly recommend and i will buy again.
