Pleased with your response

This was an error initially , but on my complaining a couple of times with the company, i

I had monies taken from my account by…

I had monies taken from my account by thetopscent.com. I had no recollection of making any purchases on this account. On contacting them I spoke with Paul who, looked at my account and could advise I'd made no purchase with them. He very kindly advised me that, they don't usually return funds purchased for credits but, would do so this time. Thank you Paul!

Cheating on refund

Hi
I have been informed that my issue will resolve in 3 hours, it's now more than a week and I haven't got my refund amount. I am thinking this might be a fraud company. Simply cheating on people.
