bought a car six months ago been in the garage for 3 weeks
Engine has blown
Refusing to help has been 2 weeks over 6 month even though it’s been in garage for 3 weeks encourage me to buy warranty and the warranty does not cover and engine
Waited 2 days for a call back for them not be bothered knowing they have sold a dodgey car
How many more innocent people are they going to rip off
The mechanics working there are not trained they have serviced it 6 weeks ago yet didn’t pick up all the cream oil
Customer service terrible
After all bad press they’ve had you’d think they would avoid another media post

Staff were very helpful, Mathew was very supportive, made sure I had everything i needed and understood all the information, as well as being very friendly during the whole ordeal

How to improve is to close down.
Awful customer service of promises that don't materialise. Repairs not done. But told they are done couldn't produce the repair paperwork so no proof that they had. Promised phone calls that don't arrive. 2nd pile of rubbish I've bought from trade centre wales. Never again and anyone I speak to I tell them don't go near. Yes it's easy to buy from there but they are rubbish cars.
