My Medication Training
Recently completed my Medication training that was delivered by my colleague Rich Whittingham. I found the session very informative and learnt a lot of new information to help me in the future within my role. Rich was very knowledgeable and he helped me understand the information and explained everything in good detail. He was able to answer all my questions.

Combined Level 3 Award First Aid at…
Combined Level 3 Award First Aid at Work & Paediatric First Aid (RQF) Three day course on line completed in May 2020.
This course would normally be delivered in the classroom, but the Training Initiative adapted it due to Covid-19 to deliver online with video assessment of the practical skills. It was an enjoyable and informative course and worked really well. Rich the Trainer has years of real life first aid experience to draw on which really helps to bring the subject alive. I would recommend it to anyone who wants some high quality and enjoyable first aid training.

FABULOUS great experience. Approachable Trainer, Richard. He had lots of experiences and knowledge. Friendly welcoming and awesome trainer. Helped with confidence and self esteem and truly understood his role responsibilities and course criteria and outcomes. Just brilliant

This is the second course I have been…
This is the second course I have been on with the training initiative and I can safely say it was as good if not better than the first.
The trainer Rich was knowledgeable and encouraging throughout. The course is not only informative but also fun!
Due to the course I was completing I also needed some advice from other team members at the training initiative and found Jayne and Alex to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful too.
Will definitely be using for all future training needs! Highly recommended.

The trainer was very competent and knowledgable and helped make me and the other delegates feel comfortable. There was plenty of opportunity for interaction which I liked. I would definitely use this company again for further training especially for Train the Trainer Courses. Thank you!

Fantastic training company especially for Train the Trainer courses
I really enjoyed my Train the Trainer Medication Administration course. The content was great, good mix of other organisations around the table and the resources were emailed very quickly after the course was completed. I will be using The Training Initiative again and would recommend them too.

Excellent training. everything is explained very well so we all understand, never feel uncomfortable and I am always able to approach the trainer if I’m not sure on something and have always been given help and understanding.
