I completed Level 3 Childcare which helped me to progress to Level 5 Management course , both of the courses provided by The Training Umbrella led me to achieve my BA(hons) degree. Martina guided and mentored me throughout the courses . I highly appreciate the matchless and tailored service I was provided.

Martina is a very good tutor, she is helpful patient and kind as well as supportive. This training course is fantastic.
I have had an excellent and an enjoyable learning experience. My tutor, Martina, is very knowledgeable, supportive, professional and has a very friendly approach.
The course was well organized, easy to follow, well managed and assignment tasks very clear, engaging with useful practical applications. Martina was very prompt and precise about the response and feedback which was extremely helpful in my learning process and helped me to complete my assignments successfully.
I can only say that I benefitted so much having Martina as my tutor because she is brilliant with a fantastic sense of humor, knowing exactly when to inject a bit of fun into her tutorials. Having her support throughout the course and being provided with excellent training, I feel confident to take my knowledge into my teaching practice effectively.

I would recommend The training umbrella 100%, my tutor who was Martina explained everything in very profesional, warm, and dedicated way, she was patient with me and really boosted my confidence when I did not feel I was up to speed or progressing quick enough…I learned information that won’t just help me for my career but in life as well.

I am so happy that I completed my Certificate as an Early Years Educator. I have always had passion in childcare and studies about child development and I love the fun time with children around. As a flight attendant, the blend of online classes and practical part at school allowed me the flexibility to continue at my own pace with the style of learning that fits me the best. The experience rejuvenated my enthusiasm for teaching children and provided me with the tools and knowledge to build on my own curriculum. I am ready now and so excited for my carrier as a teacher.

I felt my assessor was very supported, she helped me whenever I needed. I felt that the questions were very clear and simple to follow.

Company provided a good material including videos and text which were easy to understand. Their programme was user friendly and secure.
I like the flexibility and ability to reach my training provider easily. I was under the supervision of Martina, who I can only recommend. Very professional with good communication and willingness to support me any time I needed.
Although Covid disrupted my training programme, I was still able to finish it due to the help, flexibility and support of the training provider.
