I have been using TTP for many years and have always been very impressed, not just by their high-quality products but also by their superb customer service team. I have never had a problem with any item I have purchased, be that a high-end bit of machinery, or a low-cost pack of paper. This will always be my go to place t purchase anything sublimation-related.

I've had a bad experience recently, but a lot of external factors, worldwide shipping, customs etc didn't help. This doesn't sway me from giving them five stars! It was dealt with appropriately we move on.

I tried to order from them but they don't accept credit cards online. They will take cheques or bank transfer. This makes me very suspicious when this happens. Any problems and there is no way to get your money back.
