David has planned 2 holidays for us so far - and just about to book a third. I wouldn’t use anyone else. You know as soon as you make an enquiry that he will get straight back to you with options - he listens to what you want and always looks for the best deal. Our Disneyland Paris holiday was amazing - and David spent hours trying to sort out travel after our original trains were cancelled. He always responds to messages at all hours even when he is away!

David booked 17 nights in Australia for our 25th anniversary last month . It was quite simply the best holiday we've ever had .We had zero experience of Australia so needed an expert. He delivered over and above our expectations time and time again .Everything was thought of and seamless . This was a big itinerary with lots of internal flights so without David’s knowledge and experience it could quite easily have gone wrong . We have taken advantage of David's services now for 6 years. His knowledge, patience and flexibility makes booking a holiday so straightforward . I heard about David through a personal recommendation from a colleague when planning my Honeymoon. I’m not well travelled and was pretty clueless so was gravitating towards the well known destinations.
On speaking with David he asked many questions about our likes and dislikes, needs and requirements, hobbies etc, in addition to logistical requirements such as budget, length of holiday, willingness to travel long haul, any preferred time of year etc.
David took our responses away and came back with 3 fantastic programmes (all multi centre as we asked) for us to look at. The proposed agendas were mapped out with details of flights, hotels, activities all documented as a ‘starter’ for 10. We talked through each option with David and settled on Costa Rica as our destination. We then worked with David to refine and tweak some details and come up with the perfect holiday itinerary.
Everything was organised and fully under control - David even managed all the logistics when we had a flight cancelled by the airline to make sure we still arrived on time to do everything we wanted to do. We ended up planning a 14 day trip instead of 10
as there was so much on offer to experience.
David’s vast knowledge, advice and travel experience was invaluable to is. The whole team we worked with were helpful and professional throughout, both locally and in Costa Rica. We had the most amazing honeymoon that we could never ever have put together ourselves. David is now my first call for any holiday we have. He took the pain out of the planning, made great suggestions and delivered an experience way beyond our expectations. I can only highly recommend his service and knowledge - after all, you don’t know what you don’t know - and from a travel and customer experience perspective… trust me…he knows a LOT!

I cannot recommend David more highly - he is always on hand to help and answer my questions , whatever time of the day or night . His well thought out little touches such as postcards , bottles of champagne and extra upgrades for birthdays etc are the main reason I will only ever use David again for all my travel needs. I now used David and his team for both personal and work travel plans and can’t fault his patience and due diligence . What’s also amazing is that he has often been to the place he recommends so I have no need to worry about brochures promising something that isn’t matched in reality . I cannot recommend him more and do so all the time to all my friends and family .

Contacted David to sort a holiday for me and my wife after finding a holiday on Jet 2. Not only was David able to book this holiday but he managed to get it cheaper and with closer flights and giving us more time abroad too.

This was our first time with David, who was strongly recommended to us by our previous travel guru who sadly did not survive the covid travel meltdown. From the first telephone call to discuss our holiday, David was enthusiastic and full of suggestions, most of which we followed up and as a result our time in Canada was a joy. Apart from Air Canada (who seem prone to cancellations and delays, all of which David sorted out with minimal fuss/drama) the rest of our holiday ran along smoothly oiled tracks and most importantly David stayed within our budget. He was quick to reply to email queries and texts, and we only had to contact him once whilst we were in Canada, again his calm and reassuring response confirmed that he is never far away from his clients. Cannot imagine using anyone else to help with our next holiday.

I'm sat overlooking the Caribbean Sea about to go Scuba Diving for my 50th Birthday - another fantastic choice by David. I've been using him for a few years now and I referred him to my oarents too. Now, none of us would go anywhere else, and we keep referring him to other friends and family too. Truly superb service!
