A year on…
Having now been at The Treehouse Club for a year, my experience has continued to grow positively. Since returning from maternity leave, the manager has truly hit the ground running. Her leadership has brought clarity, energy, and direction, and I feel genuinely supported in my role.
Progression opportunities here are strong. Moving into a Room Leader position has been well supported, with clear expectations and trust placed in staff to develop and lead. There is encouragement to grow professionally, which makes a real difference day to day.
The setting itself is fast-paced, but also adaptable. While the work can be demanding, the structure and flexibility in place help make it manageable. Small room sizes still allow for strong relationships with children and meaningful support for their learning and development.
One of the biggest changes has been staff morale — it has shifted massively in a positive way. The atmosphere feels more settled, motivated, and team-focused, which makes coming to work far more enjoyable.
Overall, The Treehouse Club Nursery continues to be a supportive place to work, with improving benefits, strong leadership, and clear opportunities for progression. I’m hoping to progress to further positions when they arise too.
