I completed an 8 day Lemosho, kilamanjaro climb and a two day safari with this company and they were great from beginning to end. Starting several weeks before my trip, I began chatting with Peter on WhatsApp. He was able to give me a detailed day by day account of what to expect. What I needed to bring. Etc.. And than the long journey to Kilimanjaro airport began, and I was met at the airport and given a ride to a very nice hotel. Benson and my guide for the trip, Goerge met me and checked over my gear to see if I needed to rent anything. The climb itself is great. I actually was by myself, and still had a guide and six porters to help carry the tents, cooking gear, good, etc.. These guys rocked! I couldn't believe their stamina, carrying all that gear on their head and neck. Every evening a very nice meal was prepared and we talked about the next day off the climb. And than summit day! I had a tough time with it, the altitude took almost everything out of me. But with the help of Benson and George, I made it. These guys were very well organized and fun. I highly recommend them. We have just finished an unbelievable trip with Trip Quest. From the moment I made an enquiry to the moment that we were dropped at our lodge, everything was handled so well, all questions answered. Eli, our guide, was so knowledgeable and jolly and really made sure we had the best time and saw lots of amazing animals. We did a 4 day safari through the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire and all parks were spectacular. We wanted to mix and match accommodation options and were advised good combos for this. We had some concerns before booking about the impact of coronavirus but Martin answered all of our queries and assured us of their rebooking and cancellation policies (thankfully this was not needed!).

All in all a really personal experience that you wouldn’t receive with a bigger company and I would highly recommend!!

One of the best adventures I have had. Had a wonderful experience at Ngorongoro. The adventure was fun and interesting. The people and the environment were friendly and Serene. Thanks Trip Quest and the guide Eli.

We loved everything, ease and confidence when hiring and security and trust during the 5 days of Safari we did. Eli, our guide, a super crack, did not stop until we saw all the animals at a very very short distance, he explained to us the history, customs and curiosities.
The truth is that we recommend it without a doubt, it was a super honeymoon😊

We selected the 4 days safari option and choose the class 1 accommodation. It was really good and the service provided our guide David was amazing. He was very professional and we felt very safe. Martin who will be in office is extremely patient all the time and organises everything perfectly. This safari was the best thing that happened to us amid the pandemic.

We booked a 3 days safari with trip quest to Serengeti and Ngorongoro and it was an unbelievably super amazing experience. We could not believe how emotional we were though out the safari.
And that experience would have not happened if it was not for:

- Martin from the office with whom I exchanged over 30 emails asking questions and trying to organise our safari. Martin a big thank you to you for your kindness and patience with me!!! You did a great job and we appreciate everything you did for us, both Tortillis accommodation were heaven on earth!!!

- Benson the manager, we really appreciated meeting you and your wife the day before safari, you made us feel very comfortable and thank you to have made a plan with our guide David for us to assist to the great migration!

- And last but not the least we could not thanks enough "David" , our guide! OMG what to say, we are still speechless and with tears in our eyes writing this review! David, thank you so much, you have been a great.

COVID Oct-2020 African safari :)

Don't let COVID stop you. Seeing the Safari in such a way during the pandemic was absolutely incredible. We saw no signs of anything, everyone was taking their precautions and nobody was sick. The safari was almost empty and we did not have to deal with many other vehicles.

From the moment that David picked us up, until all the way through the end of our safari trip it was absolutely SPECTACULAR. David is a very knowledgeable and caring safari guide whom we got to know rather well over our 14 day Safari trip, I would highly recommend using him and in fact, when we go back in 2 years we intend to drive with David again. His knowledge and experience really shows and he cares not only about the people of Africa but his guests as well, making sure that they enjoy every moment of every day. Highly recommend TripQuest.

My First trip in Africa with TripQuest.
I climbed Kilimanjaro via the Machame Route (6days) at the end of October with TripQuest (a locally owned company situated in Arusha. I would recommend this company 100% if you are looking for a budget trip (without all the unnecessary extras like golden toilets and glitter showers) who will go the extra mile for you. Extras like hiking poles, ski-pants and even socks where lent to us free of charge. The guides were all very professional, but also great people and everyone takes amazing care (pamper ;)) of you. We laughed a lot, drank too much water, hiked some more and all made it to the top without any issues :)

It was excellent to use the services by this company, I recommend it.

I always dreamed about safari in Tanzania, and when I organised my trip there (with my boyfriend) I found Trip Quest Safaris. This agency had really good reviews so I choose to contact them. I first spoke on WhatsApp (or email) with Martin, who was so nice with me, quick responses, arranging, for every requests I had he was here, doing his best to make it happen. Due to covid I also had lots of fears and he was really reassuring, telling us everything we had to know with transparency. When we arrived in JRO, our guide David was waiting for us and we spent 4 days with him. To me he is the perfect safari guide because he is cultivated, kind, he speaks really good English, he’s funny, calm, and Tanzania has no secret for him, we learned a lot about this country (culture, wildlife, coutumes...) and for sure we felt safe. Also Benson the manager met us on our first night to explain everything and asking if we had any questions, and on our last day came back to thank us. Now it’s my turn to thank you (again) Trip Quest. For those looking for a good agency to make their safari dream come true, I really recommend this one !! See you next time for sure !! :-)

All safari was very well executed, we could see a lot of different animals with nice landscapes and weather. We used the services of TripQuest and was really good, very punctual in the schedules, good transports and food also and finally comfortable places for rest.(Mara Simba, amboseli Serena)
I recommend the safari in this country( Masai Mara & amboseli) and for an excellent experience with a very reasonable cost.

One of the most memorable trips we have ever had. We choose to do the 4days package covering Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. We were fully aware of what we could expect and what the driving distances would be thanks to our travel consultant Mr.Martin, who has excellent knowledge about the safari and Tanzania as a whole. Our guide was very experienced and we stayed in the mid range accommodations but were such amazing places to stay. We are definitely returning to Tanzania someday and we would choose TripQuest any day over the other companies.

unique and memorable experience. A fantastic guide. We saw the big five less than 3 meters away (except for the rhino that was farther away). It was fantastic.
We really enjoyed the gambling, quality facilities, very clean vehicle, friendly staff & booking process. The jeep was good, but the routes do not help, the paths have many holes. We really liked our guide, Good Living, made this experience 5 stars. Martin answered all our questions perfectly.

It was a 5 days trip to Serengeti,Tarangire & Crater. We stayed in Tortilis camps & Tarangire safari lodge. One of the highlights was to spot the killing of gezelle in Serengeti. Highly recommend for private safaris only. (This is a professional private Guiding company)

We went on a 6 day safari covering Serengeti,Ngorongoro and Tarangire. Ballon Safari was the most memorable part of the whole safari. The accommodations were exactly as described by Mr. Martin and suited us very well. The food was very delicious and the trip went on very smoothly and would always be a memory to cherish!!

We had one of the best experiences in tanzania, we went on this safari with our 2 kids who are very interested in wildlife and the tour didn't disappoint neither of us. We were able to spot the famous Big 5 within the second day of safari and we stayed at really comfortable stays with nice view of the Serengeti. The crater tour was much more pleasing than we expected and my kids were so happy and they loved the Giraffes. The safari went on just as it was planned by Trip Quest, every detail was so correct and they took extra efforts to make sure the kids were safe and comfortable throughout the safari.

Everything was better than expected.
We opted for a budget safari experience and had relatively low expectations. Everything went amazingly well. Pick up and drop off was good, guide was knowledgable, accomodation was good, food was good. All staff we dealt with were friendly and enthusiastic. Fab experience .

Our first visit to Africa and we were happy that we chose Tanzania based on a recommendation of my friend who had been there last year, we fumbled upon trip quest on the Internet and they were responsible for the planning and operation of our safari. As it was our first time they made sure we were informed and Educated about the whole trip in advance from what can be expected to what we’ll have to carry with us and the tipping guidelines for the safari. Lastly it was a very well planned and satisfying trip. We would def want to visit Tanzania again with a few more days added to experience the beauty of this country.

African Safari was always my dream. We had very good time in Tanzania. Our family had a very good time. The Christmas was well spend. The hospitality provided by everyone was amazing. Serengeti Tortilis camp is best. I wish good luck to Trip Quest team for organizing this.

Had been to Tanzania with my family, Me my wife and 2kids. We had a veey good time. All the lodges suggest by Martin was best. Even though we dint book luxury stay, all the lodges was almost of same type and kid friendly. We had a wonderful time in Tanzania. Best Guide abd new vehilce. The cost was really unbeatable. Recommed to everyone.

I would like to give Trip Quest more than 5 stars. The prices, the guide and the safari was the best. The accommodation suggested by Martin and was classic. No Words!! Our guide to the Emanuel was amazing guy. I would use their own service to again. I recommend them to everyone.
