I highly recommend this company for their exceptional customer service. Fabio was able to answer all of my questions promptly with an in-depth response. The product itself has been a godsend for me during this time of chronic insomnia. It has really helped me to regulate my sleep and has been very gentle on my digestive system. I was supplementing kava to help me with anxiety abd sleeplessness, but it really wrecked my digestive system. This tea is a much gentler, yet more sedative option that my body seems to be enjoying. I have been supplementing for almost 3 weeks now and my body hasn't built a tolerance and there have been no negative side effects. Fabio also added extra herbs onto my order, which was a lovely touch.

I recently ordered mulungu and passiflora extracts from this company.
- Shipping was surprisingly fast and the package arrived within two days.
- They included a lemon balm and tea sample, which although were 'samples' were about the same weight as the two products I ordered (meaning they were highly generous for being sample sizes).
- They also reached out via email on the suggested use of the products before they arrived, which I found both helpful and courteous.
- The package itself included a handwritten thank you note, which was a nice touch.
- The products perform as expected and appear to be high quality, i.e. there's no clumping or odd smells/color, etc.

Overall 10/10. Would order from Tropical Link again.

After reading many great reviews about Tropical Link's product quality, and learning that they carried several of the ingredients I needed for my upcoming product, I decided to contact Fabio. He was great to work with; super friendly, informative and straightforward. The entire process quick and easy.

All three of the products I purchased are high quality and his Mulungu Extract is the best I've ever tried. There are many subpar Mulungu providers on the web. Tropical Link is not one of them.

Straight from Brazil, the shipping was incredibly quick. I am talking only 3-4 days from the time it left Brazil's shores until it arrived at my doorstep. Unbelievable. That is the fastest international shipment I've ever experienced. Furthermore, when ordering international, product damage during transit is usually a real concern, but not in this case. The packaging was ideal, protecting the raw materials from damage or loss.

Thus far, my entire experience has convinced me to continue using Fabio as a raw materials provider for my product line.
