This company are a joke .. 1 star to much .my dad ordered a jacket from aussie troves and well let me tell you its nothing like the one shown on there fb page ..and trying to get a full refund is impossible has they think its excitable to just offer a 20% then after more email to them..30%plus my dad has to pay to send the jacket back ..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered a red, lush looking beanie from Aussie Troves for my upcoming trip. Imagine my disappointment when I received an ugly brown beanie that bore only a passing resemblance to the one online. I am told they will replace the wrong item if I pay to ship it back to them. I told them I would rather put it in the Good Will collection bin and never deal with them again.
