I thought I will share something with you
Context: I’ve recently changed a job and gone through all that intro training/courses as you always do.

During one video I’ve heard „Treat others the same way as you want to be treated” which instantly reminded me Matthew Davis.

Just really wanted to say thank you as after the Managers training (while being at one of my previous jobs) I cannot count times in which the knowledge I did absorb helped me being better colleague, coach, mentor or really a better human!

The Trust Triangle has bought a new dimension into the world of management and leadership. It enables you as a leader to consider how your team responds to activity and how to get the best out of and make the most of your team, no matter how diverse in age or experience. It focuses on psychological safety and the feeling that your boss actually cares about your experiences and what drives you. This is a must for any team, new or established. There is always something to learn.

Absolutely incredible training and coaching received, Matt really delved into how trust plays such an integral part to build rapport within your team. He also delved in psychological safety which I did not know much about prior to this training. Through the training I received I put what I learnt into practice and I am seeing the results. I have also shared what I have learnt with others to help them build a positive team. Matt is truly an amazing trainer and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Matthew was simply fantastic. He really read the room and was able to take a subject like "Trust" and make it accessible to a whole Data department. He was engaging and energetic at the same time as having full command over the subject matter and was able to flex his delivery to suit the personalities in the room.
