Attended speed course on 9th of June at Bromsgrove Hotel, my experience was very good ,many thanks to both ladies instructing . The attitude shown was to give information as clearly as possible and to involve us to participate in the presentation at times with good humour. Nobody at first appreciates this course but soon realise we don't know all the correct answers,we all need a refresher in rules of the road.

Very helpful explanation of driving to fast was an eye opener maybe young drivers should get this

a very good course, Gillian and Belinda were professional and helpful, not the first speeding course for me but i leant something every time and it made me aware of my actions

Minimal negative versus overwhelming positive so not enough to take down from 5 to 4.

Good instructor in Franco. Technology section could be shortened; the relevance was vague. Also the internet connection effected the quality of sone of the video presentations

Julie was great, professional but friendly, very thorough with everything, explained things very simply and relevant to day to day basis, Actually enjoyed the course and learnt alot from Julie, Thank you

Excellent speed awareness training which taught me several important things I did not know.

I was dreading this course but tbh I hot so much out of it, it was a beneficial course to take, just shame it costs so much

Informal, educational, interesting, well presented and explained, and a relaxed atmosphere! The time flew by and I actually learnt some useful information, for which I am grateful. Thank you.

A well informed course,very informative it’s amazing what you forget, should be compulsory to everyone 18 month gap each time,instructors were great and presented it so you understood!

Excellent course which was well delivered, very interesting and obviously 'hit the mark' in my subsequent driving behaviour.
Some of the things I had forgotten but there was much new and related material.
Good pace to the course and the use of illustrations help the course base relatively quickly while maintaining the audience's attention to the end.

I can honestly say that this course was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous embarking upon it, not knowing what to expect. Our trainer, Judith was fantastic at making the group feel at ease, whilst still able to deliver the vital information that underpins the course. I've been driving for many years and I found the course to be extremely helpful - how many of us bother to revisit the Highway Code and thereby check any bad habits we may have picked up, or things we've forgotten? Not many, I'm sure and certainly not me!! But this speed awareness course focuses on good driving discipline and observation, pointing out the potential horrific consequences of speeding - even only going a few miles an hour over the limit. The stats are sobering and I'm beyond grateful to have been given the opportunity to partake in this course. So much so, that I think drivers, whether or not they've been caught speeding should take the time out to do one of these courses - it really could save lives and horrible injuries. Thank you again so very sincerely to Judith of TTC - you are brilliant at your job and I'm so grateful for the privilege of having partaken in your course.

It was very relaxed yet intuitive in reminding us that speed kills . Our guy was very friendly yet straightforward in why we were there. Highly recommend this.

Trainer was very knowledgeable. Full of interesting and useful information to take away. The pace was good and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and also have breaks if needed.

It was easy to attend the zoom course. The trainer Desmond was very efficient in registering us all and informed us every step of the way what was happening. A thoroughly informative course with encouraged participation. Desmond was an excellent tutor and the content was very engaging. The no in the group was just right too. I would 100% recommend

First it can review its course content and eliminate factual inaccuracies (eg the 130,000 death and injured a year was not as implied by course content and instructor - speed related. Only 12% of that figure resulted from speed related factors - stats readily available from ONS.)

Cardiff Trials of 20 mph were NOT successful, as claimed in fact The Welsh Assembly has curtailed the roll out.

Second it needs to get trainers who really know their stuff. We had 2 - one did one didn’t.

Having been on the Drive Tech one some years ago, the content was more engaging and the tutors more lively and knowledgable.

The course instructor was splendid, she was firm but very warm and with an essential sense of humour. I learned a lot, and it's already made me more careful in the driving seat. I would recommend it to anyone, whether they've committed an offence or not. It was very enlightening. But I also actually enjoyed it!

Tim was a great communicator and encouraging educator. He made the course really useful. In future I suggest that his partner on the course speak slower and more clearly so that she can be understood. A greater choice of location with a centre closer to home would also be useful.

Excellent course and the trainers were extremely knowledgeable, whilst also being able to put everybody at ease.
I wasn't looking forward to the course but finished the day having really enjoyed it.
Good communication before the course as well.
