Very informative learned a few thing

The course was great and held in an easily accessible location. From the start, I received a warm welcome and excellent guidance throughout. The instructors, Simon and Deborah, were both professional and engaging, with a great sense of humor that made the course enjoyable.
I learned several new rules that I wasn't aware of before, which made the training very valuable.

Our trainer, Frank, had an excellent balance of humour and a positive approach of helping us learn stuff we either didn’t know, or should not have forgotten.

I am most grateful for the learning and am glad that I chose to do the course rather than take the penalty points.

The trainers kept it interesting and were really good at communicating the information. They created a friendly easy atmosphere and were very attentive to the groups needs.

The course was lead by a guy called Desmond who was exceptionally good. His relaxed, calm and professional direction of the course made me feel at ease and put me in a positive frame of mind for listening and learning.
I came away glad that I had attended and better for it.
I think these courses should be mandatory every 3-5 years for all drivers regardless of age and qualification.

I expected to grin and bare a 3 hour boring talk, but I was surprised how engaging the two presenters were.
Although I learned very little new info, the style and content of the course reflected the careful fact-filled structure which was interesting.
The two speakers were indeed very competent in what they did. Having spent 34 years in education myself, my comments should be taken as a significant compliment.

I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about the course especially travelling over 90 miles to get to Cumbria.
My fears disappeared, George and Bex were very welcoming and informative.
The course incorporated many driving issues and it was interesting especially the difference in speeds and how a fraction over the speed limit impacts on outcomes.
A well run course and even although I've been driving 49 years and this my first mistake I found it very helpful.

Online course. Very engaging instructor (Mike) who was polite, not patronising and involved everyone and delivered the course in a dynamic , relevant yet not overly serious and demanding manner.
This course should be given every 10 years to all drivers

I would like say this course was really good and the trainer was very good 👍

I attended the course with trepidation, but the atmosphere created by the course itself and the two presenters, Tim and Sarah helped me almost actually enjoy it! The main object of the course itself and the way it was presented was very good, no moaning or yawning. I personally found it very useful in bringing me right up to date with safety details and newer highway signage.
