Ordered raki gold set for a friend ,was told it had been dispatched and to check with ups tracking, ups said there was no such item,tried to get in touch rang ,emailed and a live chat .no response from any of these methods .customer care non existent very very disappointed

I attempted to make a purchase but thankfully my order would not go through. No response received on the 'WhatsApp' number listed on the website either.
It's very strange that they have such a large "stock" of Turkish groceries whereas other online Turkish websites are quite the opposite.
If it's too good to be true - it usually is.

They stole my money

This is a scam do not order from this company, I placed an order on the 15/12/2021 it is now the 18/01/2022 my goods still haven’t arrived. They do not answer any emails or instant chat messages the phone number isn’t recognised either.

I wish I’d read the reviews before spending my money with these people. My order never arrived, they don’t reply to any messages/emails and their number is not in use.

This website is a complete FRAUD. I was feeling unwell, and was recommended to buy some herbal remedy for my cough, and then I came across their website. In hopes that I would receive my order within 2 days, I placed the order. It's already been 10 days, and I can't get any response from them. Will never buy from them again. Shame on you. This is not how you are supposed to do business. You're an absolute nightmare. Avoid them.

Placed an order on 21st December with a 48-hour promise and now it is 11th Jan and nothing. Nobody answers their phone or responds to written communication. Such a disappointment.

I ordered 3 months ago on October but there is no nothing no answer phone no responde from Whatsap, I will call police you should call to police and what can we do about more ? Where can I call ? Let’s work together,

I sent my money on the 16th and items were due to be delivered next day or day after.

Due to items being food, and not hearing anything from this sham company, I tried to message them on WhatsApp on 3 separate occasions. No response at all!!

I've tried to send an email, no response.

I then tried to call the number on their site, its a London number, and when dialled, it says number is NOT RECOGNISED!!

Please, Please, Please do not order from this website, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Beyond terrible support who constantly come up with totally made up standard excuses and instead of trying to solve the issues, the support also claims to be to owner and founder of the site.

I placed an order a month ago that I wanted to cancel. That same day they told me that surely there would be no problem in canceling it but it would have a commission. It took 11 days to notify me that the order had been canceled and that the refund was going to take 5 to 10 business days (August 10) the days have passed and I have not received anything.

This company is showing as dissolved on companies house. The registered address is now a carpentry company. I placed an order on their website, missed the delivery by mistake and had a WhatsApp message saying I’d missed a delivery but no advice on what to do next. I’ve spent 4 days calling, texting, WhatsApping and emailing and they are completely ignoring all contact. I’m so angry, I spent £100 on food as a birthday present, I was begging them to tell me what to do to receive the order but no response to endless messages and voicemails. These people are scum bags. AVOID.
*** Just to say, it is now 15 days since I posted this review, my baklava arrived from Turkey as that was posted from the vendor in Turkey. I was never contacted about any of the other food or a re-delivery. They have literally stolen my money.****

Very easy ordering process. Excellent selection of produce. Very quick & safe delivery. I will definitely be ordering again.
