Disgraceful, disrespectful and rude…

Absolutely disgraceful attitude and behaviour of the female manager. I queried the taste of the beer which tasted off. She grabbed a glass, poured herself a sample, tasted it and said abruptly "There's nothing wrong with it!" Turned her back on me and spoke through an embarrassed member of staff.
She needs to be kept well away from front of house, preferably in the attic! Grubby place, poor quality overcooked, overpriced food. AVOID!!!!!
Plenty of much better places to soak up the amazing area and experience true Highland hospitality.

Unhelpful and unsupportive staff @…

Unhelpful and unsupportive staff @ Tyndrum Inn. My wife in her 60th year and walking WHW for Veterans Cancer charity event was shocked at her treatment by the bar staff. We entered what was marked a dog friendly establishment with numerous dogs within. The pool area was empty and so after purchasing drinks she pit covers down and sat within the pool area. A grumpy and intimidating barman then informed her the dogs were not allowed in that area. A fellow veteran found a table opposite the bar and again she was told dogs aren’t allowed there. He told her she could sit outside with the dogs making no attempt to help. At that point 3 of us chose to leave the establishment. 24 hrs later when I received a message from a supporter following the charity had called the bar asking to pay for my wife’s meal. That person messaged to say how rude the staff had been saying they are to busy to ask if my wife was within their bar. Annoyed yes I am, you are neither dog friendly or hold any respect for veterans or disabilities.
Thank god several guests witnessed your staff’s behaviour and had a collection for her charity walk. My faith restored in people but not this establishment.
