Originally left a poor review due to an incorrect fitting and Black Circles (the original supplier) not doing anything to help. Owner has got in touch and is rectifying the situation and its is clear the issue is with Black Circles. Glad because these guys have been great in the past and its been a mis communication (via BC) thats caused the issue. I will be going direct to these guys in future as they deserve the business for the way they helped sort out the issue.

Saved me a fortune repairing a run flat type that had a puncture, great service, super helpful. Have used several times in the past. Always great value for money.

Went above and beyond - we were let down by tyre supplier who didn't deliver to this fitter meaning they couldn't fit our tyre the day we were heading off on holiday in the car. David sourced an alternative tyre personally, and the fitter came and changed the tyre that afternoon. Rescued our wee holiday and made my day. Thanks David and tyre fitter.

3 weeks ago I had 4 new tyres put on my 7 seater X-Trail and from yesterday I started to hear knocking noise from the back which was getting worse and worse. I was convinced it was a wheel bearing but when I took it to my mechanic he showed me that the wheel nuts were coming loose. The movement on the wheel was scary and it was on the verge of literally coming off altogether. He checked the rest of the wheel nuts and it was the same for the passenger rear as well. That wheel was next to go. I tightened up the locking wheel nuts as well as they were coming loose so the chances of someone loosening them intentionally is unlikely as they didn't have the key.

I have a 3 month old baby and to think that the car was left in that state is scary. I'm not interested in any compensation or apology from anyone. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Booked a appointment with this company who refused to attend because of a tractor who was cutting a hedge the driver refused to wait a couple of minutes for the tractor to pass and then blamed this on us and refused to give a refund when they finally agreed they added a £50 cancellation fee even though this was not our fault and we never cancelled the appointment they did this was terrible customer service through out the driver was rude I will not be using them again

Waste of time and money. Happy to take my money, and then refused to drive down my road to fit my tyre- and then proceeded to expect me to drive my car with 2 flat tyres to a “mutual” meeting point. I asked for a refund as I was not willing to drive my car on the alloys to him and I was paying a service for them to come to me, and then refused a refund. Sent another driver out for him to snap the valve on one of the tyres and refused to sort the problem he caused, and told me it’s now my problem to sort out. Awful and will never use or recommend these guys.

Gordon was at my vehicle at the time promised. He was quick and efficient. Really nice lad and I would recommend Thetyreguy to anyone requiring a mobile tyre service.
