Absolute criminals. I'm on board with all the comments left by investors in the last month. UPIG went from an "investment's game changer" to a "liability". Will purse it all legally, it's an utter disgrace. I also encourage every investor who's affected to do the same, join forces to bring these individuals to justice.

This company is nothing short of a calculated scam. From day one, it appears to have been designed to extract as much money as possible from unsuspecting investors, only to enter administration and leave everyone out of pocket.

Investors were misled with promises of guaranteed returns, asset-backed security, and long-term income — none of which have materialised. Instead, the company ceased operations, communications stopped, and now administrators have taken control. Convenient.

What makes this worse is that the same directors behind this company are still actively involved in other registered businesses. This raises serious concerns that this was never a legitimate operation, but rather part of a wider, repeated pattern of deception: set up, raise funds, collapse, move on to the next.

There must be urgent regulatory investigation into the conduct of these individuals. They should not be allowed to operate freely in the business world after leaving investors with serious financial losses. The authorities — including the FCA and Insolvency Service — need to act.

Don't invest- from Monday 28th July they will be placed into administration. They said the bank had placed a hold on their accounts hence no payment in July. Before this I never had an issue, now my money is at risk. At no point was the companies finance raised in the last 12 months. It's also the case that they claim to have all the government backing in the world- what happened to all the checks and balances in place to safeguard my funds?

Disappointing. Keep checking companies house and emails because they are not answering the phone!

Do not invest in this company!!!! The initial investment went great to the point that I continued to invest with the company. Unfortunately, one year in the company has took a 180 turn with now missed payments. cant even get in touch with anyone to discuss this as head office is not picking up the phone. If anyone else is experiencing this please give this a thumbs up and maybe we can all group together and get lawyers involved due to breach of contract. And now the company gone into administration so guess none of us are getting our money back

With all honesty I was so impressed at the beginning of the initial investment also went far and beyond arrange investors.

Now im very dissapointed and really worried about my health as I had a stroke previously due to stress and this time worried about my hard earned only bit of saving I invested and no one is co-oparating with me about missed payments.

I’m disappointed that I haven't recived last two months payment. I tried contacting two persons to inform them about this issue lady called Denial and Toby at Unique Property and got no response so far.
I hope they can get back to me.

Our first investment with Unique Property Investment was in October last year, our second being in May this year. Our point of contact has been Andy Williams whom we have found to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in our dealings with the Company. He keeps us updated and is always ready to assist. We anticipate increasing our investment in the future.

EDIT: This company went into Administration, and the hundreds of properties they said they owned don't appear to exist in SPVs based on the Administrator's report. It feels like a massive fraud has been perpetrated on over 500 creditors for £13million, but the banks are calling it a civil case....I guess only time will tell. Previous review below. Whatever is uncovered, Lewis Hall and Christian Woollard have a lot to answer for.

I have been a customer for 5 months now. I wouldn't create a review here until I had experienced their full service and was receiving my investment monthly payments. This company, in my experience, has done exactly what they said they would do. There have been no red flags. Once I signed the contract, I received a document with my payments schedule for the next 3 years. Those payments annually total 25% of my investment. It's an exceptional return. At the start of 2025, new customers can expect 18% if they invest. Though less than my contract, it's still a very good return. Needless to say, since the experience has been incredibly smooth and transparent, I have invested more at the lesser level today. The money I invest acts as a loan to the development company to build or renovate government assisted living housing units. Without investors in this country, the government wouldn't have the funds to pay these developers for the properties they need. I've always believed we should get a tax break considering we are essentially funding a government scheme.... However, this investment does what it says on the tin. There are other companies in this sphere, but I believe Unique is most likely one of the most reliable. Anyway, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I've been dealing with Andy throughout, and he has always been helpful with any questions I have had. He's gone out of his way to be transparent and provided me with all the information I've needed.

I recently invested with The Unique Property Investment Group Ltd after thorough research and was impressed by their professional approach. No pushy sales tactics, just clarity and transparency in all communications. My returns have been paid as agreed for several months now. Their team, particularly Mae, was very helpful throughout. Would invest again.

The first two payments were made in full but I’m disappointed that I received less than half the payment amount this month ie March 2025. I tried contacting two persons to inform them about this issue at Unique Property and got no response so far.

I find it pathetic that you are quick to reply to a social media review yet could find time to respond to any of my 4 emails on this topic. Tell me. If you are ‘mandated’ by HMRC to deduct at source then why did you not deduct at source from payment 1? And why have you said payments will return to the gross amount on the next payment? The tax liability building up through a full tax year will be much more than the last tax year payment - so when will you deduct this? And how? And it would have been professional to include the HMRC mandate letter would it not? Sorry but it is all just too amateur for me - I will have my investment back & let you get on with whatever you are up to

Please go to companies house and view their company accounts, these will give you a true picture of this operation.

They kept to terms of business agreement. I was quite impressed. My friends were sceptical but I decided to take the risk and invest. Am glad I did. The only problem is that they could be slow with follow on calls but they are very polite, friendly and very helpful. Excellent job, I will encourage people to invest with them.

This is my 3rd investment and couldn’t be happy with the service from all the staff. Great products and seamless service. Highly recommended

It has been more than a year since i invested at UNIQUE.I am very happy with the outcome of my investment. I am getting every month my payments based on the contract agreement i have signed. It is one of the most transparent investment i ever come across in my life.

I recently started receiving our second investment, as ever a very easy process and fully supported throughout. I will be doing this again this year, thank you.

I talked to them when they were offering 15-16% with 1% uplift each year for 5 years investment. They sent me an agreement to sign with no “5 years” mentioned in it. I refused to sign it. And then after some time I received an email from them offering 25% per annum and after doing my research, the investment was not secured at all. Tried to convince me that they work with certain groups, I contacted their offices, they lady told me that the investment is not safe at all and that they would not be able to help me get my money back in case something would go wrong. All I would say is to do your research before you invest in any company.
