Support was great

I bought windows 11 pro to upgrade my system and Office 2024 pro plus. I always find set up the least pleasant part of getting a new computor. It didn't how I had hoped so I reached out to Mark at The Unity Soft for support to help me get set up. He was very helpful and patience even when I didn't follow instructions and that was the problem. I have got software from them before attracted by the price, but was pleasantly surprised the support was good as well. Thank you specifically to Mark and more generally to The Unity Soft.

This Co are good. I bought Office 2021 from them in 2022 due to v competitive price. I had a few installation issues which they fixed for me quickly.
Contacted them again yesterday (Sunday) for some advice on updating One Note and to my great surprise rec'd an email response within an hour or so, with all the advice I needed. Exceptional customer support.

Bought a Windows 11 Pro licence to use with Parallels on the Mac and it works perfectly. And £100 cheaper than Microsoft. If you are installing from scratch they provide comprehensive instructions. There's a lot of dodgy firms online selling licences but this firm are 100% legit

I purchased a Microsoft Office product key from UnitySoft. The download experience was pretty smooth but after 24 hours, the software locked. The UnitySoft team were quite responsive and provided a number of solutions, but 30 emails and many hours of effort later, none of them worked. And despite multiple requests, they failed to return the money I paid. Very disappointing.

Took some perseverance however the upgrade from Home to Pro worked well eventually.

The software is cheap and legitimate. How they do this though, is to sell a cheaper version of Microsoft, called LTSC (long term servicing channel) intended for orgs with stable, unchanging features. This means you won't be getting the very latest features... but who uses them anyway. Totally good deal (but I wish they were more transparent about the LTSC version)!

Helped me out almost immediately on WhatsApp chat. It was 99% pilot error(!) but they were very helpful and issued an instant refund after we impatiently bought another licence because we thought the first hadn't worked.

Purchased Microsoft Office, no email, no links and no way of downloading and submitting the "key." Also I'm getting repeated messages of " this is in violation of Googles terms and services." Scam company will report to credit card company immediately

I was skeptical as the prices appear too good to be true (90% off compared to the "official" site for the software I wanted). Decided to take a chance as I can afford to lose £20 - Worked perfectly, highly recommend

I was sceptical despite the excellent Truspilot reviews. I bought the Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade at considerably less than half the price asked in the ComputerActive Software store, which, desrvedly has dreadful reviews. At £19, it was £100 less than what Microsoft wanted. So my scepticism was justified. However, the instructions were good and the licence key worked. My fears were unwarranted: it went extremely smoothly.

I had a Technical issue with my Purchase, and Mark from support team was super helpful. I never used Theunitysoft before, I will highly recommend them for anyone looking to get IT products.

My order of Office 2024 was promptly sent with clear instructions and an issue with double purchase was immediately resolved. I was slightly anxious as Unitysoft emails appeared in my Inbox as unverified but, the prompt responses and support from Mark helped to allay any fears. I had a few issues with download and installation but the quick replies to emails and support received solved any problems to get me up and running.

My order of Office 2024 was promptly delivered. I had a problem activating the product key but a simple email to them was very quickly and professionally replied to. New key sent and problem quickly sorted. I can highly recommend Theunitysoft and would certainly use them again. Thank you!
