So the coat stand look great once we…
So the coat stand look great once we had finally put it all together, all started off well but then found out that the wooden bits didn’t have any pilot holes to actually put it together, tried to get in contact with someone but no one replied.
Once I had found a drill and out the holes in so I didn’t ruin the wooden parts it was fine,

Although there was a wait for the coat stand, we were kept well informed of expected delivery. The delivery company didn't seen great at first but in the end found the address and delivered. The coat stand is just what we wanted, easy to put up and good quality!

After looking at a number of different kitchen islands, the one I chose from Urban Mill was the best value and I’m so impressed by the quality; it looks so much more expensive than it is. It was really easy to put together (great quality screws/fixings too!) and is solid and stable, perfect for all types of kitchen storage. I’ll definitely shop at Urban Mill again.

Table was below quality so to speak
Table was below quality so to speak, was built perfectly as it was a simple build. All screws were triple checked and the table was still wobbly. Contacted the support team over 3 weeks ago now. Warehouse team had the issue escalated to them but they must be located at the Bermuda triangle as I've not heard anything despite chasing it up plenty of times. Shocking service and quite frankly last time I'll be using them.

Items arrived rusted
Items arrived rusted, had to get a refund. We ordered two industrial clothes rails to fit side by side to one another. Upon building these we noticed flaking paint, with rust underneath. We then noticed paint bubbles, and more rust on the inside of the metal where there was no paint. They didn't ask for the items back despite my suggestion they arrange a collection for them, so we ended up having to take them to the recycling centre ourselves. Absolutely awful for sustainability and for quality control. First and last time purchasing from The Urban Mill.
