Order placed 9 Nov, and despite receiving confirmation, 7 days later no further update. Emailing their customer service team gets no response. The email bounced back which brings to mind the concern this business is no longer trading. Claim underway with credit card company to reimburse the cost of goods. AVOID AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Happy customer
Fully contactable, I got reply’s very quickly. As for garments I bought- I am happy. Quality of fabric is not entirely as I expected but the seems are good, cut is very good, size is as would expect. Overall all I am happy customer.

Placed an order on 23rd October and still waiting to receive it. Can’t even track. Left several emails asking them to chase it up and heard nothing back. Hope I will receive the hoodie at some point before Christmas as it’s a Christmas present. Would not order from them again.

Ordered some essentials shorts ,they said there was a delay at customs,then told me they were lost and had to resend even though I asked them not to and refund my money back . Eventually turned up after 3weeks to find they sent grey instead of brown. Plus shorts not genuine . Defo wouldn't recommend this store ,such a terrible experience.
