SCAM. I pre-ordered in January and was told it’d be about 6 weeks. After six weeks, I emailed asking about their delivery date. Again, they said it would be six weeks. Their “instagram updates” kept changing, always “next week” but never came. After NINE MONTHS, I emailed telling them I’d need a refund because I was MOVING AWAY; they never responded. Thank god my bank was able to get my money back. If you’re reading this, CALL YOUR BANK AND FILE A DISPUTE NOW.

I ordered a hoodie in june, it is now October. After a confirmation email being re c never of the order, I heard nothing back. After a few weeks I reached out by email to thier support asking updates, no response. I dm the Instagram account, no response. Then over the course of several months tried reaching out through thier Facebook, support email, Instagram and even tik tok, all no response. However, all thier sites are continously updating with new content and even responding to other comments asking about sizing etc. Complete scam

Great customer service. Remember, it’s a small business and can take a while for your item to be delivered. Mine came in about exactly 1 month after I got in contact with customer service. They were very transparent and even though I was skeptical, it ended up being legit. They were quick to respond every step of the way and were not dodgy, giving me updates frequently when asked.

Scam. I placed an order on the 5th May, expected delivery around the 7th July, and I have still not received any processing/shipping information let alone received my order, and it is now 1st October.
Only had automated replies to their support email which did not answer anything. And was ignored on all other social media/ways of contacting.

They take forever to send your orders and don’t provide any sort of update yet they be posting Instagram stories all the time. Like bro stop posting yourself dancing in the hoodies and send the damn hoodies. Horrible service never buying from them again. I still have yet to receive my hoodie. It’s been 37 business days

Ordered a red hood hoodie a while back, now it did take some time for production but was very pleased with the hoodie after it arrived, now I will say sleeveless are plenty big for true to size but if you like the length of your hoodies longer and baggy definitely go a size up!

company is not legit at all. the man who runs it is lazy & hostile when you email him repeatedly asking for a shipping number or a refund. I’ve had to dispute with my bank because he picks and chooses who he refunds to. there is actually no ‘brand’ policy or anything he expects you to follow his IG for ‘updates’ even when he can filter out comments of multiple people requesting their orders. Same with his tiktok page. I also expect him to plant fake reviews tbh.

I ordered the x man shorts, spider man hoodie, and robin hoodie. Shorts came in and they are great! Be patient with the brand because he’s making the all himself. He’s a great guy and easy to talk to! Grab your gear today!

I ordered 3 shorts in April 2024 it's been over a year and no luck I have sent off at least 30 emails and most of them are copy paste replies any time I can get passed that they say they will look into it and never heard from them again.

Months of waiting. Failed to respond to multiple messages over multiple weeks. Failed to respond to multiple online chats over multiple weeks. Complete radio silence. Had to get credit card to refund order. If they had just responded ONCE!

Ordered a hoodie December 2024 and almost 9 FRKN months later we still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be for a gift. Website says 8 weeks but it’s been 9 months. Total scam! Don’t order from these scammers!

I ordered 2 hoodies over 3 months ago. I never got any updates and it was the same copy and paste automated email every time I reached out. This is a scam. Do not buy products from this website. Still waiting on my product.

I ordered a DC Batman Nightwing hoodie for my daughter 18th February 2025 so five and a half months later still have not received any date when it will come. I have emailed at least 8 times and either get the same response that the DC Batman hoodie will be made after some other hoodie is made or they don't respond at all. I have no faith that I will ever receive the hoodie. And think theurbansportsculture is nothing but an unethical scamming company and pathetic customer service who lie. DON'T buy from theurbansportsculture unless you won't to get RIPPED of. Lastly they told me it would be 3 weeks when I ordered it.

I have personally ordered seventeen pairs of shorts and have received all of them. Although some came quicker than others, and some came with no tracking information at all or any sort of updates they arrived within about six weeks. Partial items arrived separately even though they were with the same order. I have also purchased two hoodies. One that arrived with the shorts ( teddy bear hoodie), and the other on the other hand has still not been received (embroidered Spiderman hoodie). My purchase order was placed back at the end of December of 2024. It has been a roller coaster of feelings dealing with the customer service through email trying to get information and answers on when my hoodie will be shipped. It has been 6 months, they say that it can take up to 6-8 weeks but we are beyond that point now. I've continuously reached out through email, IG messages and comments. I am still hopeful that I will receive the hoodie, but we shall see. The bright side of all of this is that I absolutely love the shorts I have purchased. The material is soft and quality of shorts are excellent. The drawstrings and zippers on the shorts are top notch. Color and design schemes are amazing, these by far have been my favorite shorts that I've purchased. So all in all, it's been an crazy situation with the whole process, but it has had it's highs more than lows for me personally. I'm looking forward to still receiving my Spiderman hoodie and seeing the outcome to see about purchasing more products.

Best place to shop for anime , or any kind of gym shorts. Very comfortable and affordable.

Comfortable, quality and great detail in the designs. I got the beast Gohan and Batman beyond as a Christmas present. Can wear them as work out gear and also put them on with a nice shirt to run errands/lunch. I really like these and will be getting more!

The adds on instagram were so cool and I clicked the page to go to the website saw the marvel stuff and was obsessed. Time for arrival was under a month

Waited for 14 weeks now, still havent got an update, or tracking number. Have tried contacting them multiple times and they dont reply. stay away from them.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive, which is never coming because it was ordered 2 years ago.
