My experience with The Urban Writers has been truly invaluable. I had the pleasure of working with some amazing professionals, and I want to give a special mention to my illustrator, Aiko, who is absolutely incredible. So lovely, patient and extremely good at her job!

GREAT Resource for ghostwriting

The Dibbly software never worked and they refused a refund.
The Dibbly software never worked for me, despite my investment with their tech support team.
I immediately requested a refund and assumed it would be issued without issue.
I recently discovered that they continued to charge my card for two additional payments after my refund request.
Today, their support team informed me that their policy was to only refund one month, not all three payments, which I find shocking and, according to my credit card company, against the law. I pointed this out to the team at Dibbly and they held strong in their position. This entire matter is unexceptable.

I have had only superior experiences with the creative team I have worked with at Urban Writers - cover designer, editor, formatter. Every one of them was creative, knowledgable, responsive, and quick.
I find the Urban Writers platform a little daunting and I always have trouble navigating the site, but the support team is fantastic.

I am so disappointed. Due to your writer using an image which is copy right my Amazon KDP has been terminated and I am unable to get it back. $4000 spent on books for nothing at all.

The quality of your latest work was disappointing and exploitative. There was absolutely no creativity from the designer, whom I had specifically chosen for their top-level status, expecting a higher standard of work. Additionally, the approach was exploitative: for every request, even for obvious modifications, the work was submitted, burning through the available revisions in an unprofessional manner. Given this experience, I will no longer use your service, as the quality (which, in some cases, is even subpar) doesn’t compare to other freelancers available in the market.

Rocky start allowing Urban Writers to prove their worth
I joined Urban Writers to get my very first book written. This was my first ever experience with anything like this. I had a rollercoaster ride with my first writer getting unwell and unable to write my book but the Urban Writers team helped me to get these issues resolved seamlessly and without fuss. Then my next writer who I took a chance on turned out not to be the writer for me and again the team was exceptional with their help and support to get this resolved. Having had a pretty rough first experience that was out of Urban Writers control their support and care of me was unparalleled and this is why I will be using them over and over again. With such amazing customer support, I would be foolish to go anywhere else.
