The Van About Town Reviews

Amazing guys. Arrived on time, very friendly and professional. Took great care in all our items. Would highly recommend them for a stress free move.

Highly recommended *****
Always prompt, efficient and extremely professional. Can't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant

Paul and his helper were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and handled everything with care.
This is the only service to use. Second to none
Would recommend highly.

Whole process from initial contact to unloading the furniture was very easy, quick and efficient. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and the service provided was good value. Would certainly use Paul again should the need arise.

Paul and his son provided an exemplary service from initial enquiry through to removals day. I chose Paul after a recommendation from a friend, the price point was fair, and am thankful I was told about The Van About Town. The process was quick and without stress and I was extremely thankful for his perseverance in trying to get a big sofa and table through a small door and porch that at one point looked like neither table or sofa would fit. (In the end they removed a door to get the sofa and table in which is above and beyond what i would have expected.) I would highly recommend and will look to use him again in the future when next I need to move.

Paul provides an excellent, reliable and respectful service. I’ve used him for a couple of different removal jobs and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Paul and his team were fantastic - from my initial booking right through to the move day itself. Paul was available to answer questions and made what can often be a stressful experience very easy and straightforward.

Happy to recommend.
Good communication.
Does as it says on the tin.
Picked up item on time, delivered quickly, very pleasant to deal with.
Would be first on the list for an other jobs.

Paul and his son went above and beyond on our moving day, we booked at very short notice and he managed to fit us in, amazing, very friendly and good communication, thank you so much.

The Van about Town were great. Polite, fast and efficient! Would definitely recommend this service. It was easy to book the removal - & Paul turned up exactly on time 👍 altogether, a very smooth move. Thank you!

Brilliant service. I was stuck abroad and needed help moving furniture at short notice. Paul answered my call for help, was totally flexible and found a small space in his schedule and rescued me on the day. And his rates are totally reasonable, probably even better than fair. Best of all, he is great to talk with. Will certainly use Van About Town again (and again).

Paul and his son are professional, efficient and friendly. They arrived on time, loaded up the van and transported everything safely to our new home. We couldn’t have picked a better removal company. If we move again we would absolutely choose The Van About Town. Thanks both!

Have used Paul and his team numerous times and I have to say they make my life easy! These are our go to guys!
Punctual, clean and tidy and INSURED!
Look forward to the next time!

Paul (The van about town) has been exceptional and I shall use him again and would recommend him to anyone. I had an urgent health related need for help with getting something out of the room and although Paul was fully booked up on the only day this could be done, when he understood why the request was urgent, he managed to squeeze me in at no extra cost and did the work quickly and with minimum fuss. A true gentleman.

Great service from start to finish. Explained everything clearly. Arrived on time and completed our move in just 2 and a half hours! Took good care of everything and had everything they needed to manage all the bulky items. Very pleased and would recommend! Already passed details on to my brother who is moving shortly.

Excellent service from The Van About Town. Will definitely use again. 5 stars.

Friendly, efficient and just get on with the job in hand resolving any routine issues if they arise, but they never do!. Well done Paul to you and your helper for moving my grand-daughters effects this week.
