Sure, blame the customer...
Purchased Transit capsules from them and they promptly deleted my product review on their website, so posting here and Google since all should know my experience. I truly wish I'd gone with Flarespace Capsules since their instructions and overall support are clearly superior.
Followed the manufacturer's installation instructions for a Sprinter since they didn't offer Transit instructions. You'd think if there were differences, they'd state as such. Upon posting in the Ford Transit Forum that I experienced leaks after installation, a Van Mart employee, Brent, messaged me and offered to help. He shared a new Transit video and noted that our bolt placement was a bit high (I measured, it's less than .25") and that could be causing the leaks. He shared the office phone number and I called just now to discuss. He conveyed that the installation failure is entirely our fault and he refused to take any accountability for the faulty and inconsistent instructions that the company is sharing. He said they don't have a Transit install video (they do, he sent me the link from their own YouTube channel but this video was not posted on their site when we purchased the capsules). Truly awful customer service to just blame the DIYer for not possessing psychic abilities. If your instructions are conflicting and insufficient, you need to take responsibility.
