This report will include sections for positive and negative aspects of my experience, therefore this report is not necessarily represents the experience of all customers overall.
At the moment when this review is being written - I have used 3/6 of ordered items, those are 3 (2 of each were bought) different flavors of "The Crystal Bling Shisha 25000 Puffs Prefilled Pod Vape Kit", I have following things to say:
Positive:
1. The website is easy to navigate, there were no issues with making an order.
2. Shipping is not a subject for concerns, items were delivered in promised time.
3. Packaging is not a subject for concerns either.
[Keys: K - kit; T - tank (those are variables, and they will be given their value (e.g. K1-T1 - kit 1 tank 1))]
Negative :
1.Quality control:
Some products did not function as described and expected. Following dysfunctions were discovered:
(1)Lack of liquid inside one of the tanks(each kit has 2 tanks) of 2 kits (currently). The taste of K1;T1 has gone when the percentage on the indicator was about 70%, which was easily identified as the lack of liquid overall because its taste has gone too fast. The taste of K2-T1 lasted for much longer than K1-T1, the taste was degrading slowly from 50%, and fully disappeared at 28%, the nature of the issue was the same as K1-T1, however, it's severity was noticeably lower.
The source of dysfunction was not confirmed, as it would require its disassembly, but the conclusion was based on the time it lasted, therefore it is considered as highly probable.
Conclusion:
My concern is addressed to the dysfunction of the product, which is the thing to concern, but my experience is limited to the one product while the company has much more to offer.

Delivery great,ordered several of the crystal bling 18,000,battery on them are very dodgy one was showing 100% but nothing was coming out plugged it in to charge was showing 57% this has happened on 2 of them upto now.Open another and its not working at all.Also 12,000 crystal bling no way is there that many puffs in them.No point in getting in touch with them as they just say they will send replacement in next order WONT BE NEXT ORDER!!!Most of these shops are running under several different names and are buying from china so dont expect anything less then cheap unusable crap.Ive learnt my lesson just buy from reputable traders like supermarkets.I will be reporting this trader to trading standards.

Product leaked and malfunctioned after a few days of using. Don’t bother complaining, they only reply if you leave a review. Then when they do reply they claim you used the wrong email and expect you to jump through hoops to get a replacement. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are much better stores who are cheaper and not passive aggressive like these 🤡

Regarding the product you mentioned that is leaking and malfunctioning, please send it back to us so we can inspect it and provide you with a replacement.
In response to your comment about "jump through hoops", we want to clarify that this is a standard procedure followed by most businesses. Companies such as Amazon, eBay, Vinted, and many others have similar policies: if there is an issue with a product, it must be returned so that it can be assessed and a refund or replacement can be issued.
We would also like to mention that in a previous order, you reported a faulty product, and we requested that it be returned as well, but the return was not completed. Additionally, we have not received complaints regarding that previous product, nor have we received complaints about the product mentioned in your current review.
We never intend to create any inconvenience for our customers. We value customer care greatly and are always happy to help, as long as the customer is willing to follow the necessary procedure.
