One of the extras you through in does fit but is too tall for the coil. Too bad as wasvexcited I thought I had finally found the replacement glass I'd been looking for

I ordered House Line E-Liquid
I ordered House Line E-Liquid. It was shipped from London, Ont. I got a text message to inform me it had been delivered. I went out to my apartment's lobby but it wasn't there. I went back to my apartment to check the proof of delivery on-line. There was no signature, just some squiggles. The time-stamp was 16:06. I asked my building's superintendent to check the security cameras to find out what happened and there was NO delivery around that time at all. Now I'm out $170...
Update: The Vapour Bar reached out to me to tell me this had happened to others this week and will redo my order and get it to me ASAP. I'll update further if it arrives.
Update: The Vapour Bar also offered me some e-fluid to tide me over which Matt delivered very quickly free of charge.
Update: My order has now arrived. I'm very happy with The Vapour Bar's efforts to remedy my lost order. I will definitely order from them again.

i understand how small business works, but constant comms and transparency is a key to success. even auto replies or auto mailer wouldve been sufficient stating backorder was being done in relation to the orderID.
Would still buy from thevaporbar.

All of our e-liquid orders are produced and shipped from our partner lab in London. We state on the website that lab orders can take 3 to 5 days to process. Your order has been shipped but we have been seeing tracking not register properly with UPS over the past few months with some orders. Your order is on the way and I wouldn't be surprised if it arrived at your house today. Im very sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know at sales@thevaporbar.ca if you do not see the order. Once UPS has the product we have little control but I can make some noise for you.
