I booked a HYROX class via ClassPass

I booked a HYROX class via ClassPass, unaware that The Vault internally considered this class “only for HYROX competitors.” There was no such restriction on the platform. I became a full member, but was later told—by the coach—that I “shouldn’t be there,” in front of others. This was never explained properly, and instead of resolving the matter professionally, management offered a single-month refund and escalated the tone toward legal disclaimers.

During my three months, I experienced unclear communication, inconsistent coaching, and a culture that felt exclusionary. Some coaches were supportive, but overall, the environment did not feel welcoming or inclusive. Core training was often neglected, facilities lacked basic amenities like hand dryers or paper towels, and class structure was frequently confusing for new members.

I did not join expecting perfection, but I did expect consistency, fairness, and professionalism. Sadly, I found none of those here.

THE DATE IS WRONG. BECAUSE THEY WOUDENT LE T ME USE THE RIGHT DATE.
