My order never turned up no tracking info no reply to my emails so in the end I had to contact PayPal who refunded me very frustrating and disappointing.
Very nice chocolate, but sorry to say dirty cow's plain choc has much better texture. Not good value for money.

Website is easy to use with a nice range of products. I would have liked a little more information on some of the products, for example a clear statement on what flavour the chocolate bars were. Checkout process was smooth. The expected delivery date was not very clear and the parcel was actually delivered three days before the date provided by the courier.
