I’m sorry to see you’re dissatisfied with the size of the products. On each product we have information about the product including it’s sizing - it’s always worth double checking the grams to make sure it’s what you’re after.
Additionally our postage is priced to cover the fee we pay plus packaging materials. We offer free postage over £35 but unfortunately as we are only a small operation we cannot cover the postage costs for all orders we get. I hope this clears things up a little and you were still able to enjoy the treats you ordered.

Xmas present that never arrived
Was recommended by a friend in Stockholm, ordered at beginning of December and no sign of item. I appreciate there’s Covid but having paid over 20.00 for delivery I’ve now got an item that still hasn’t arrived as a Xmas present so can’t comment on quality of items but very disappointed that site said allow 2 to 3 weeks as opposed to usual 3 to 5 days and still nothing

I’m so sorry the parcel still hasn’t arrived. As we mentioned in our email Royal Mail are really struggling to process orders within their recommended timeframe, this is the one we advise from their estimates. Due to a increase of workload and a decrease of staff from having to isolate, things are taking much longer.
However, we had no idea parcels would be taking quite this long! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this stage to bump up the parcel in the queue or retrieve it back.
I understand how frustrating it is as the snacks were a gift, but hopefully your recipient will still love their parcel when it’s delivered!

I’m so sorry to see you’ve had a delay with your order. Royal Mail are unfortunately quite behind on processing parcels at the Jubilee Mail Centre, the first port of call for our parcels - this is due to staff shortage as sadly some have had to self isolate due to the pandemic.
