Great one of the fruits was off but other than that good.

DREADFUL !!!
Customer services not interested. My first box turned up with black bananas pears and rotten cauliflower photos sent to them. Not interested plenty of places to get nice fruit n veg don’t use these !!!

I ordered a basic fruit box for my mom. It arrived today and was amazing. So fresh! I will 100% be ordering again and recommend everyone to give it a try! It's actually such good value! Thanks to Bex and Guy for your brilliant customer service and gorgeous fruit box. 10/10!

Ordered both the meat and veg box spending £134, box arrived, the large veg box wasn’t particularly large, and the meat box had a whole chicken a month out of date. Contacted them via there website, had a missed call the following day (Was at work) so recontacted them again via the website but no reply, and communication now ignored. Will give them 48 hours to respond or will ask the bank to initiate a charge back.

Worst customer service I have ever received

The ordering process was clear and easy, the delivery was faultless and the produce was fresh and tasty. I will buy from them again and I would recommend to a friend. Thanks !

Goods arrived in good order and promptly.

tell the "deliveryperson" to leave where is WRITTEN. AND, to leave a PROPER note saying WHERE!!!! After the last fiasco this one(test!) was delivered next day!!!!! (in the WRONG PLACE!!!!)

I was disappointed this time around.The Veg Box need to sort themselves out. Also, despite several requests to not put Beetroot, or Cucumber in my box, I had both of them in one box.

Often charged for fruit that is not delivered.

They have deivered a 2 boxes of old vegs to our granny, some vegs were covered in MOLD. And company was very unhelpful to sort the situation, no apologies or refund been offered by this company. When granny sent them a photos of old vegs received, company asked why our 74 y.o. granny did not sent photos within 48 hours after parcel arrived and messaged her that they would no issue refund for her order. She paid over 55 pounds for vegs which only good for bin. Avoid!

I contacted the team last week, concerned that the weather here on West Coast of Scotland this week might mean cancelled ferries and no delivery. They pulled out all stops to get it despatched early and its arrived today, all perfect. Can't thank them enough.

Box always arrives on time the fruit is fresh and if I want to change anything you are so obliging thank you.

Rang late in the afternoon and put in an order, very pleasant gentleman who dealt with it and amazingly it was delivered the following morning. Exceedingly pleased

I ordered my first box from them on Thursday 23rd November for delivery on Friday 24th November it never arrived and I needed it to host a dinner party on Sunday I sent 3 e mails phoned the office 3 times and the mobile no 3 times with no response .I eventually on Monday 27th November to say my box would be delivered on Tuesday 28th November between 1-3pm waited in never arrived contacted the owner by mobile who said the box was dispatched on Thursday the 23rd November so by now it’s 6 days old together I didn’t require it now and asked for a refund and he flatly refused saying the box had already been dispatched or I could have a new box I told him no thanks he was rude arrogant talking over me the worst service I have ever received I told him to keep his veg box and money couldn’t be bothered arguing with him .I am pleading with you to avoid ordering from them are they are incompetent rude and quite frankly a disgraceful service .

Veg box delivered on schedule with all items in good condition. Have used the service before with success.

We love receiving our box of great fruit & veg, ordered some yogurts & cheese plus bread & bread rolls along with order comes every two weeks so if we forget to do a food shop online there’s something to eat!
Took us a few weeks to realise that the yogurts & cheese were in the silver cold pack bag though, so my wife was throwing them out! 🤦🏼‍♀️ she puts it down to her age! 😂 would highly recommend thank you the veg company x
