Been using this bets since ot opened I Warrington and find that the staff are great they truly care about your pet the service in which they provide us excellent they explain everything and will explain anything tahy you don't understand.

Just picked up Alfie's Flea and worm treatment, toothpaste and YuMove Advantage for 6 months. Always a pleasant experience when going there, had Alfie weighed while I was there. I am on the Smart Pet scheme so only had to pay for toothpaste and YuMove

Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. We have been able to see the same vet meaning she really got to know our not so little pup. This was so reassuring when he wasn't well and our vet Sara and the admin team were fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Wasn’t as nervous this time as trust in Megan completely, she is so good at explaining and reassuring, couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else as much. Such a credit to your practice x

Are the best Vets they looked after my dog Laci a Rotti x Bullmastiff, not only did the sort out my dogs ear a couple of years ago where others had failed.
But last Saturday 19th February 2022, i had to make the hard decision for her to cross the rainbow bridge. The nurses & vet where outstanding I can’t thank them enough they where so kind and fantastic with her , the room they provided was lovely and we could take as long as we need with her .
I would highly recommend anyone to go to this vets they are exceptional.

The Vet Liverpool can’t fault them our Dog wasn’t well this morning rang up 8.30 there at 8.45 and was scanned tests etc and in emergency surgery everything explained in Excellent detail with care & compassion EVERY member of staff no matter what their role took the time to talk to us in a very caring matter they saved our dogs life an she is now back home with us recovering THANK-YOU! We highly recommend you!!

Always polite & friendly and great value on the pet plan

Excellent service at The Vet Warrington as always, slight delay to annual check but was advised of this when rang after reminder last year to book. Reasons explained as to why the delay and seen within the time period allowed, would definitely recommend.

The Vet, Southampton, have looked after our border collie superbly for six years, ever since she required neutering. They also saved her life when she had a tumour. All the staff and the vets are always efficient and professional, and they keep us fully informed and up to date with treatments and vaccinations.

A great vet experience every time. The team are always willing to offer advice. Both my dogs are rescues and quite timid around new people hut the vets and nurses always take the utmost care in helping them so they are comfortable. Not overly expensive and the support through the app is a great feature!

I could go into countless details regarding our practice in North harbour, but we'll start with the most recent issue. Our dog went in for a spay, and naturally we asked if they'd be okay to also trim her nails as it's service they offer.
Firstly, due to some concern about her bleeding from a phantom pregnancy, they promised they'd call us when she went into surgery, which they didn't. When we called after 4 hours they informed us she had been for about 30 mins.
In the past they've allowed her to chew through several plastic pieces on the cage, and even once told us to make sure she passes plastic in her poo as she'd eaten cannula lines during her stay!
So once again we picked her up to find out they'd allowed her to chew through her lead for the 3rd time.
After getting her back from her spay, we noticed that she had minor bleeding from one of her claws. Upon inspection the claw had been cut back within an inch of her actual paw, and the quick was exposed.
We do understand she's fidgety and difficult, but she would have been sedated! And we were never even informed that she had this injury when she left.
These are the few examples.
Not to mention when our dog went in for sickness, and when we saw the receipt they'd sedated her twice without informing us! They only told us they were giving her fluids!
Our dogs always come home hugely dehydrated after hours staying there, for what was just meant to be 'a check up'
I'm just so dissapointed as it always feels like they're more interested in the money, not the animals.

Fortunately I have only had to see the vet for vaccination and parasite treatment in recent years, however I was impressed with the treatment and compassion I received when my cats brother died. I have used the Vet in Southampton for several years and I have no negative issues.

THE VET BRISTOL
My cat was really poorly and her care was second to none. The staff are friendly professional and so caring. They offered so much support and were honest.

My Dog pug x shitzu has only ever been to ‘the vet’ and I had my cat registered there.
Although I have not been for a while due to my own problems, I can’t praise the vets, nurses and reception staff enough for their care towards animals they see.
They are amazing people and I would recommend them 24/7

Really nice vet practice and lovely staff. Everyone is happy to help and the vets I have seen are very knowledgeable and kind. The practice has a clean large waiting area plus I’ve never had to wait long for an appointment.

You are always greeted warmly and your pets are treated with great care . Would recommend the vet to all my friends and family .

I have been into the Nottingham branch today with Savanah. We went as an emergency as we though she had been hit by a car. They moved fast with care to her and to us. They took her for observation They put her under while they did scans and xrays. Sadly she crashed after 3 rounds of CPR They called to let us know they lost her it was with emense dignity and respect they gave us the devastating news thank you Katlen for your love and kindness you showed us. And thank you Connor for the consultation this morning
