Seeking a small (9-inch) saddle for a rocking horse. Called the company on the offchance they may have a small pony pad that size, and was told to leave a message. Jumped onto their Chat Room where the chat person could not understand my request, and when I tried to explain, just left me hanging. If you are unable to visit this company in person, I suggest you don't waste your time with them.

I've ordered a couple of times because they are a reasonable price but I'm over the slack service. They take too long to dispatch my small order (especially considering one item is a medication), and the courier company is slow. I live an hour away from this company and it takes over a day to get my order (usually more depending when they bother to dispatch it). Also I just had to chase up a discount offer with The Vet Shed, one they offered me but never applied and they didn't even apologise for all the stuffing around. It's bloody stressful dealing with them!

I am a return customer, love the range of products, service and delivery times. When I accidentally purchased an out of stock item, the team were quick to contact me with an alternative or refund.
I am always quick to recommend The Vet Shed to friends and family, who are looking for something for their pets

In my most recent package they had sent me the wrong item (just an accidental picking error) I emailed them and they sorted it out so quickly and are sending me the correct product asap. Great customer service Jane !

But I wish they would use a different courier. The one who delivers here - Aramex - has the noisiest radio and worst music I have ever heard and no consideration for others.

Prices good, site basic but easy enough to use. Shipping so slow. I ordered a week ago and it’s still not been packed. Looked today to see my order is being split but didn’t receive any notification regarding this only know because I checked the status of my order.

Products were exactly as described & a good price. Delivery was a lot slower than expected as it took a long time between ordering & shipping with no communication as to why (until the day of shipping). Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I place an order with them almost a week ago. I've reached out to them multiple times for a shipping update and have have yet to receive a response. Very disappointing.

I'm very disappointed with the latest order I made. I ordered on Tuesday & it was not completed till following Monday, but the courier didn't pick up the item till Tuesday, 7 whole days before order left The Vet Shed, not good enough!!! Orders should be shipped no later than 3 days i.e. picked up by the courier on the 3rd day at latest, that is how most online retailers conduct business. I am now awaiting the long shipping times by the couriers, so it would probably mean that by the time I get my order, time taken to get to me will be either 10 days or more!!!
