I ordered for a Christmas present on the 18.12. I was not told I would not get for Christmas and then impossible to trace over the Christmas New Year period.Finally came back to me in the New Year. I was told hamper supplier was closed. If you run a gifting company you should be open over the Christmas period

I didn’t receive my hamper in time for Christmas, this was a present for my Husband. I did receive notification saying that they had stock problems but then received an e mail on the 19th December saying it was being shipped and I would receive it on the 23rd. Never arrived. Seller sent tracking information saying 31.12.25. Surely if shipped on the 19th I should have easily received it before Christmas

I wanted a vintage hamper and I easily found this on the internet. I always worry that the quality won’t be how it looks on the pictures with internet shopping. However the hamper arrived in good time and the quality it just beautiful. Nothing was broken, which often happens these days. Well packaged. My husband loved his Christmas gift. Thank you

I would highly recommend The Vintage Hamper Company. When I was told they had sold out of the colour plates I wanted and asked me to choose another. I told them I would have the pink plates but it was going to be a Christmas present for my daughter who was really a blue person, they searched their china store and found some for me.
The Hamper arrived today and I am thrilled and I know my daughter will love it.

The items came really quickly, well packaged and exactly as they looked on line, will definitely use again.

My husband and I have been looking for an authentic picnic basket with an unusual shape for a long time. It was my birthday present!
We live in Israel. Many online stores do not send goods there.
We finally found Catherine and The Vintage Hamper Company! Our choice - The Downton - a fitted oval willow picnic hamper for 4.
Then we found a successful flight to London! And our son flew from France to London to meet us!
The puzzle is complete!
We discussed the completeness of the hamper with Catherine. Catherine was very attentive to all our requests and wishes! She answered our questions very quickly. We ordered for delivery to the hotel, where we stayed in London.
Great: the hamper was waiting for us at the reception!
It was a pleasure to unpack the box.
All items were wrapped and packaged very carefully.
The hamper, plates, wine glasses, cutlery, napkins are beautiful!
The kit included a cooler bag. Catherine added another cooler bag as a gift!
In addition, a rug was ordered.
We spent the first real picnic with our hamper in Chamonix, overlooking Mont Blanc! It was wonderful! It's nice to plunge into the pastoral atmosphere and get acquainted with the tradition of real picnics!
The adventure with the hamper continued at the airport, as low-cost airlines limit the dimensions of hand luggage. But everything ended well!
Our hamper is full of pleasant memories and future joyful moments and meetings!

Very prompt delivery - of exactly what was ordered. External packaging may have been a bit larger than necessary, but items were well protected. Overall, very happy - oh, and thanks for finding a cheaper delivery cost :-)
