The order has not been delivered after being placed 2 weeks back.
Try to call their 03300563106 and it just hangs up.
Try sending them an email but never get a reply back.
Update: I can confirm that Danny has been very helpful in resolving this matter and we have recieved a full refund for the order.

Update: yesterday we found your order and we have sent you an e-mail...waiting for your response.
Update 2: We have since fully investigated this matter and provided a full refund. We had an issue with stock allocation on our website, the product ordered was discontinued. This has now also been fully resolved.
