From our first meeting we felt at ease no pressure to go ahead like other companies
The quote was done everything we asked for was discussed in full detail & advising us all the way. Dates confirmed& all happened so easily. Our bathroom was ripped out & we were told everyday what would happen
Our fitter was just amazing, so clean & tidy never had to ask him to do anything, his workmanship is the best, our finished bathroom is just amazing. It looks great & so pleased we found a company that listened to what you want not what they want to do
I can’t speak highly enough of The Team & would recommend them highly to everyone

My experience with this company is a complete an utter disgrace. Far too much to say on here, but being left with no shower for 6 weeks to just to take a bath out and a walk in shower put in.
First fitter left leaving the job as if a five year old had done it, so bad they had to take his work out and replace, another fitter rob by name was excellent. When the job was eventually finished I received a threatening letter demanding payment or court would be next step.
I cannot convey what an amutrish company this avoid at all cost

The company was able to commence the job fairly quickly .

The bathroom fitter worked very hard, he worked from 9 am till 6.30pm for the whole time. Im very pleased with it.

I cannot put into words what this company has done for me and I will be forever grateful. I had my bathroom done but was never happy with it. Got a number of quotes but it seemed like no one could be bothered o t they would give me high price to put me off. One even said you’re only in there for a few minutes 😂
Then Toni came and completely got my vision, she was so understanding and explained everything to me the whole way. Then Justin came to fit it and he was just as good. So professional and worked in the heat too and the work was so neatly done. I absolutely love it and smile every time I walk in there and think of them. I cannot recommend this company enough- AAMAZING!

Excellent service very clean tidy plumber would recommend not cheap but worth end job

I had previously rated a 5 star for the fitting service and experience .. They did a amazing job however we identified a crack on the wall panel and bulging which is very hard to find as we had a white panel and it won't be able to see unless you kneel down and touch to spot the bulge and crack .. it is a minor one defect but we identified only during cleaning the bathroom yesterday since then I have messaged Toni

I am hopeful they will respond soon as part of customer service care and will fix the issue .. I shall keep you all posted on how it goes here

The whole experience was good.
The pricing was reasonable. The work was carried bout how and when it was promised. It was wasn’t disruptive having the tradesman on site,
I am very happy with the end result and would recommend the company to others.

The work was carried out by Rob who was pleasant, efficient and professional.
All rubbish was removed and left clean and tidy.
We are very pleased with the outcome

Toni (owner) came to see me many months ago and immediately she understood my needs and chose wonderful things to go in to my new bathroom, it is exactly what I asked for. Adam came to fit my bathroom and he was amazing, he has made my dreams into reality and went above and beyond for me. I have a dreamy bathroom which is an absolute pleasure to use and I don’t think I will ever get tired of it. Just some decorating to do to make it the best room in the house, thank you The Walk-in Shower Company for the bestest experience and result. I would highly recommend them to everyone 😊

I found the company, from the very first introductions, very knowledgable and straight forward to deal with. Toni, who came to devise a plan and give an estimate of costs, was friendly and helpful. She suggested a couple of things I hadn’t thought of and she helped with the design aspects of the project.

We agreed to the plan, paid half the total up front to get started (the other half payable on completion) and set up a date for work to commence.

Now, here’s where the niggles begin. Only little ones, but maybe it will help going forward with this relatively new company. I started to get text messages from delivery companies I’d never heard of giving delivery dates. I initially thought it was SPAM, but my husband suggested it might be bathroom related. So, I texted Toni to ask and she confirmed it was regarding the bathroom.

I was never told the entire new bathroom would be delivered to my house. It had never occurred to me. I thought the plumber would bring it with him on his van, but that was never the plan. Perhaps that should have been communicated better at the planning stage? And perhaps I should have been asked if I minded sharing my contact details with other companies before giving out my phone number without my consent? Just little niggles but, I feel, constructive criticism.

Aaron, the plumber, arrived on the commencement day on time ready for demolition of the old bathroom. He was lovely, so professional, and his attention to detail was unrivaled. Toni had estimated a 1 week (5 days) timeframe to complete the job which was fast! As the week progressed, as with any job, small unpredictable problems surfaced. Aaron sorted each one out with such care. He discussed his plans with us to make sure we were happy with how he wanted to deal with it. One issue, totally out of his control, was the sink and vanity originally ordered was too big so that had to be reordered by the company and delivery was delayed by the upcoming bank holiday Monday. As you can see, we were going into the second week by now which we understood was no one’s fault. Unfortunately, Aaron’s time that second week was limited. He had family commitments and could only work that bank holiday Monday of the second week.

So, Aaron finished up as much as he could on the Monday night and left the small job of installing the sink and vanity and medicine cabinet. Also, we had asked that the ceiling be re-plastered with new spotlights installed.

Let me just finish up on Aaron’s amazing attention to detail and customer care. At the end of each work day which sometimes went until 7 or 8pm, he would meticulously clean up any mess and dispose of it with the other rubbish on the drive (we paid extra for all the rubbish to be collected and taken away by the company). He left us with a working toilet every night when he left which I didn’t expect but was very grateful for!

So, okay. Aaron finishes up on Monday night. I had not yet heard from the company at this point on how and when this job would be completed so I texted Toni. She said she would come up with a plan after speaking with her partner that night. Next thing I know, I had a text from Adam saying he’d be coming on Friday to finish the job.

Adam was lovely as well. Very fast worker but lacking in attention to detail. We paid for the ceiling to be re-plastered (which was never removed from the final bill) but he said it wasn’t necessary. He could fill in the cracks. He turned off the power to install the new spotlights but when he restored power the lights didn’t work. He did eventually get them to work but we worried about how he got them to work and whether or not it was safe. He also caught and dinged the silver edging when he installed the medicine cabinet. The company said that could be replaced but Adam thought it would make things worse. So, in the end, he just left it. We ?fixed it with super glue which seems fine. Oh! And the new sink wouldn’t drain after use. Adam replaced the stopper, but it still didn’t work. My husband figured the drain was blocked and cleared the blockage so it now works.

So, we started off great and ended with a whimper. Unfortunate. Overall, we were happy with the end product and the company. We do recommend them! They were responsive to problems and delivered a good service.
