Scammers - Avoid!

Purchased the Thin white wooden frame with thin white mount - A1 on 26 December.

When the package arrived in January it was suspiciously light.

On opening I was only sent the mount.

I have emailed twice with no response. They don’t have a phone number so you cannot call them and their online chat is automated.

So now I have paid £60 for a £10 mount and no frame!

I am now going through my credit card company to make a claim.

Avoid this scam of a company.

Terrible experience, still waiting for my product and a reply

Terrible first time experience. Still waiting for my order... can’t get a reply from customer service. Was sent unframed print that was all scratched up too. Was told via email they would send me a framed print without any scratches, which is what I ordered and paid for. After numerous emails and chats and a couple of months, still no reply and no framed print.

Damaged frame but radio silence from Customer Services

The frame I ordered arrived with a damaged mount and cracked Perspex. Despite following the company’s guidance on their website and emailing Customer Services, I have heard nothing back. With no phone number I’ve even tried messaging them on Instagram! Very disappointing for an expensive frame.

No customer at all

I placed my order 1 month ago and I haven't received the tracking number. I tried to communicate many times with Canvas Art Club customer service and is impossible to get in contact with them. I want to cancel my order and I don't know how since they don't answer my emails. There is not phone numbers nothing. Is frustrating.

The company is absolutely amazing and…

The company is absolutely amazing and so organised, they kept me informed via email about dispatch and tracking information and the frames are the high end quality looking very stylish and definitely will last years if not forever

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I’ve had a product sent to me that isnt what I ordered.. I’ve contacted you by email, Facebook and instagram and not had a reply from any!!!!!! Terrible customer service and false advertisement of products

Poor quality and poor customer service.

Received my frame and there were gaps in the wood and a chip. I contacted the company via email as per there returns and damages procedure and haven't heard anything back in over 2 weeks. I was disappointed in the quality of the frame for the price.
